The fact that I've been doing gymnastics for 5 years and I still can't get over the mental barrier of doing a back tuck and I just watched this guy learn how to do one in one video is the most emotional damage I've ever went through.

Step 5 I tried it on a bed and I couldn’t commit so I did it a few times and I tried just jumping and going horizontal with my legs tucked and I hit a nasty knee to the cheek, still hurts
I did my first backflip on the wooden floor at defy beside the steps. My friend and I worked towards it by doing it on airtrack, then from the trampoline pad onto the trampoline, then just sending it, he went first, then I went second. It felt unreal, now I'm able to do them whenever I want lol
actully i did it but I think I need more days so my neck wont heart 😅It kinda was triky I needed 4days to do it atleas to do it with matras now I need to try with out it😅
Hopefully one day I get back to doing a backflip because the last time I did one was when I was young and used to live up south and I did backflip in a pool and I backflopped but that’s the last time I did a backflip
