Wooden pilons are used for telephone lines. The concrete ones are for electrical cables.
Ah good to know, thanks for this. :)
Lovely 😊
thankyou for the tour
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching. :)
It's sold, well done.
Isn´t Sold, it has been reserved
@@goncalosantos1981 right that’s great - I’ll spend time researching PDM and potential and getting lawyers and surveyors geared up when someone is processing the first stage of procurement. Semantics
What a lovely project and future home. Someone will be pleased with their purchase.
I agree! Thanks for your comment.
😄
Seems like a good value with the house in town included. No idea what the renovation costs would be though. With the house in town and all the buildings on the property you could end up putting 200k into it.
Thanks for your comment, really appreciate it. Yes, true. And potentially what an awesome set of property you'd end up with! I guess it depends on what time, money and vision one has..
I think putting 200k into it wouldn’t be a wise move. Never over capitalise on a property, it’s like pouring money down the drain. Think of all that Bacalhau you’d miss out on!
Hi I am interested
The listing says "reserved" so sold?
Thanks for your comment. We are in touch with the agent who said the deal was not yet finalised but I'm sure it will be snapped up!! :)
in which area -village are the land and the house???
All info about the property can be found in the link in the description and through the agent. Thanks for watching. :)
A lot of money needs to be invested there to make house and property liveable.
I agree, we can but dream... Although someone potentially will have the funds and the drive to bring it back to life. :)
@@havehomesteadwilltravel People with money dont buy junk.

Obrigado pelo seu comentário. Desculpe, ainda estou a aprender português, por isso não percebo tudo?
What was the price?
Hi there, we have the same info as you via the link to the property in the description. It look likes the price is now on request. Thanks for watching:)

Hi there, all info we have, not mentioned in the video, is always in the description. This property was recently updated to SOLD. We have left it up to show the types of property available in the area as many people say they enjoy looking at properties..
Many thanks for commenting.
Loose?
video Buying Property in Portugal - The 1951 Rule. 🇵🇹 Can You Really Live There So Easily ??
Hi, great question! Obviously one would need to research each situation carefully. It's hard to say exactly, to be honest I don't know. This particular property may come inside the village envelope so may have a habitation licence or it might be something that would need to be applied for and I really don't know the process at all. I would imagine anyone seriously considering this property for full time residential use would need to look into this fully as I state in the video. Many thanks for your comment.
Why are you sounding so out of breath???
