I have 78 sales selling digital products. Started getting sales in November. As soon as a product started selling I doubled down on the product and refined my customer avatar based on the product and removed products that don't match the target customer.

This is so helpful! I'm the person you described at the beginning--ALL OVER THE PLACE! How do you narrow down a niche? I'm an artist and utilize some of my own art in my designs--but how do you NOT try all the things? Any advice on how to narrow my focus?

It’s taken me a while to develop some of these strategy over the last months. This was great. Really tied in many loose ends for me. I’ve recently been doing the strategy with research for designs in popular niche to apply similar in mine. Have so much more structure with my ADHD type of brain. I feel overwhelmed without giving ways for me to focus. I also like to hyper focus.

How do you manage to rank high on that teacher niche for example? I find it hard to complete with this kind of niches
