hello, I would like to know if you could help me, I am new to flashpoint, to buy the items that were previously social points level 2 now with the update you must have the achievement of the title outgoing, for that you have to complete 5 group activities, my problem is that I complete flashpoint with the group search engine but I only reach three for that, it doesn't matter how many flashpoints I do with the group search engine it doesn't increase the number of completed flashpoints as if they weren't done, could you help me I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I'd be happy with you very thankful
Exactly, my first time I was just like running around like total A.D.D. and the poor people I was grouped were so nice like coaxing me along "time for the next boss" and whatnot and im just like "but i bet there is something behind that tree tho" needless to say i got kicked but i have said this before I feel like they should have links to all these tutorials on their website at least...
@Swtorista honestly you are doing such great job with these guides, I really think the developers should hire you and the other community members creating content like this to create proper ingame guides like this! I think developers often forget that not everyone who might be interested in MMO like SWTOR might have ever played any other MMO before so learning about everything on their own might be daunting task for many. So keep up the good work, its great to see that even after so many years you still keep making more guides both to beginners and returning players alike! :)
I recall one flashpoint i queued as Healer 😊, with my mercernary, and the guys was so amazing that explained me how to heal the littel i could, we took one hour but we did it, it's so satify to find such nice people
I remember the first time I played a sorc healer in a FP a damage sorc asked me to not bubble them and when I didn't say anything and just stopped bubbling them they actually checked on me to see if I was mad at them lol. I said no I'm just busy trying to heal so I can't type.
I've been playing since the game came out and one thing that I feel is necessary is to say "Hi" to your group however you want. Then when the FP is done you say "Thanks for the group" or "Thanks for the run". Usually I say Howdy and Thanks for the run as my go to words.
@KenjiAzurai oh no! We are paying money for hundreds of hours of extremely enjoyable game content?! What are we thinking?! Sorry if EA doesnt make the games u love the way you thought but stop making that our problem.

I've been using the GF to do a lot of MM FP the past week to farm the weekly Ossus mission, and I must say that I had some of the most fun times ever when repeating a boss fight of master mod for like 7 times, and MAN! when you finally beat him, and everyone goes nuts and congrats each other. I just LOVE IT
It's a good refresher for players like who have played the game for years but had to step away for a while and thus relearn some of the mechanics or learn the new ones.
I gave up saying it's my first time in flashpoints for a while, because it was clear nobody was listening, they were still rushing ahead, expecting me to know every weird speedrun trick, and yelling "skiiiip" during the cutscenes (this was stuff like Hammer Station where they're really short, too). But after I ran Kaon Under Siege for the first time and it ended with a particularly annoying player typing "....." in the chat a bunch of times when everyone didn't do everything perfectly and ending the run by saying "**** run," I decided to give it a shot for my run of Lost Island (I was queueing for specific ones). As soon as I could, I said "hi, first time, won't skip cutscenes" and it was the chillest run I've ever had, no weird shortcuts (don't know if the flashpoint has any), they made sure we got all the holorecordings, and nobody rushed me during the one conversation there was.
Another thing you could add that i found useful in flashpoints is being able to combat rez with support classes such as mercenary or operative. As always great video!
Now you gotta make tutorials for every single flashpoint. Thanks for making these! I used to just do flashpoints. I think they've changed, I've been focusing more on heroics and story. I wanna get back into flashpoints again. I help take care of my little sister so I've been guilty with letting my group know I was AFK(away from keyboard) and they've always been nice, and I'm nice too when other players have to AFK as well.
i have played this game on and off for 10 years all of it solo i have never tried to do any team stuff cause of bad experiences on other games and the fact most people seem to use some kind of voice chat i don't have a mic so discord is useless to me when i attempted to use discord to just listen to people it would not work right for me and i don't like getting yelled at or booted out for doing something wrong and not knowing what it was i did wrong so i don't even try to us the finder but it would be nice to try it to get gear n stuff your videos help me a lot so thanks for posting them
11:00 My rule of thumb with Need/Greed in group finder is Need only if you can use that item (ie, its a better helm than what you have), greed anything you would just sell to vendors or common mats, and pass on anything you honestly don't even want to go through the trouble of selling. In OPs groups I run, I have Master Looter on and keep track of everyone's loot. I say "Who needs this item?" Whoever needs the item and has needed the least of those people gets the item. In ties, a /roll commences. If no one needs the item, then a greed roll occurs which I don't keep track of (since its just greed).
Also, a need is acceptable if it is a valuable mat that sells for a bunch on the GTN, such as the Exotic Crafting Materials that are needed for crafting high end gear, war supplies, and guild perks.
The dps should be killing weak to strong not going after what the tank is attacking. This will help the healer from drawing agro, and make the non-boss fights go a lot smoother. When I tank I can tell the dps know their job if the elite is the last thing to die in any given mob. Any level DPS should be able to solo on one strong or 3 weaks per fight
Absolutely. Take as many of the weaker enemies out quickly to reduce enemy dps. Even with the boss fights, if he summons adds, take them out quickly and then re-focus the boss.
Most of the time, yes. But there are a few exceptions. For example, when fighting Malgus in the new Corellia FP it's actually better to ignore the adds and focus on Malgus himself. Once he's dead the adds are easy prey, but trying to fight them while Malgus is still alive is hopeless because he keeps spawning more and more and you will get overwhelmed.
one main advise i would give all (not just new) DDs: focus the weakest mobs first in groups, as they die fastest and deal the same damage as the elite mobs
Tip: On Flashpoints there are many Areas/Enemy Groups you can skip, by either going around or having a cloaker sleep a target. If you wanna go fast either follow a player that knows the map or take a look around yourself to find the exploits.
Compared to some other online games I've played, swtor has a reasonably friendly environment, so communication is easy. One thing I find useful is to ask, at the start, if people want to play quickly or not. In my experience, most people are okay with playing the whole mission, including bonuses, if one of the players wants to do that, but you need to tell them that that's what you want. Similarly, it pays for veteran players to ask if everyone is familiar with the special quirks of the boss fights (if any). That can save a lot of frustration.
I've given up on SWTOR for my own reasons, but this video is still pleasant to watch. Your voice is very calming. The tutorial on this vid is also really well done. Thanks for the vid.
Essels/Black Talon was probably the most fun my friends and I had playing SWTOR. imho if they had focused on making more dungeons like that with interesting choices, it'd be a way more successful game I'm still waiting for another game with a system like that :/
I helped out on my first heroic mission the other day. I was very nervous because of being first time and not playing well with others, but the other player was patient and we got quite a bit done. I cocked up but was not big deal. Might even do it again. =D
@@Swtorista An advance guide for different specializations could be very useful for playing trying to get deeper into the game mechanics. Great video as always! Yeah it's def a good refresher when watching the videos. Been playing for quite awhile and always use the videos for guides! Keep it up!

im not gonna be one of those guys that tells people to sb or yells at them. if they wanna see it then let them. and if someone DCs then i'll wait a few minutes (2-5) before voting yes to remove. i might be a veteran player, but im not mega sweat and can sympathize with the more casual crowd. and i apply that to all FPs, even hammer station. and if someone starts to act like a mega sweat and makes the FP unfun then guess who is getting kicked instead or has to wait while someone is watching the cutscene on purpose :)
Could you (or anyone else, really) tell me the name of the black-pink armor on the far left at 0:58? I know I've seen it before but can't quite put my finger on it.

Perfect..😍 also, don't Q for Fps and WZ at the same time, cuz if one of them pops first, you will abandon an almost formed group, specially for Flashpoints groups! It takes time to find another person/it sucks waiting a "ghost", member 😂
@@Swtorista hehe at least now we know you are not one of those people!!😂 Kidding! Love your videos, I recommend to everyone new that I try to explain how the game works *-*. But it is a real thing! You need to wait or 1:30 min I guess until it pops again 😖😢
2:49 is it possible to have a custom gear set with the modules of a set that has those bonuses (when you gather several gears of the same set) and still retain the bonuses? I always thought that it's a pain in the a** to keep spending on augmentation slots every time you upgrade to better gears. I want to keep the set bonuses so I end up just moving the modules over, but always afraid of spending on augments slots then just end up getting a new gear :/ but your custom legacy bound armor seems to have the set bonus :O
The set bonus is tied to the armoring. So what I do is pick a legacy set of gear, augment it, then continue upgrading the mods, enhancements and armorings as I get better ones :)
@@Swtorista OMG Thank you a lot! I never knew this! Love you and your tutorials and knowledge of the game. I've been playing this for 3 years and there's still a ton I don't know
I don't think Esseles/Black Talon can be done via group finder. At least, they didn't show up in the list when I last checked. edit: and at 6:50 you can see that they are not in the list for filtering. I think the only way to do them with a group is to pre-form and then go in directly. I'm not sure they even have a veteran mode any more.
They have a veteran mode. It's usually pretty easy to find a group for them. just hang around near the starting point on the fleet. There's always a lot of people running new toons passing by.
@@Swtorista I guess they thought it would be too boring for higher level players since pretty much everyone runs through it on their way to Dromon Kaas as a way to get some extra exp.
If the user interface vanished and you have no way of telling the other people in the group that it happened because the chat window also vanished when you started the flashpoint, instead of quitting try holding down CONTROL and pressing U several times. This usually reloads the UI. This bug is incredibly annoying.
I actually have made one, but I don't consider it very good. I highly recommend some other player's guides here www.reddit.com/r/swtor/wiki/returning_player/pvp/space skip to Community Guides section
Two major pet peeves in random group finder FPs for me. First, when a new player doesn't speak up ahead of time and let the group know they're new to the game or that particular FP. Most are a lot more patient when they know the person is brand spankin' new & not just a bad player, and will share tips and helpful directions. Second, the player who pulls everything in sight causing multiple wipes and makes the whole thing take a lot longer. When asked by the rest of the group to cut it out they'll exclaim something along the lines of "EXP!!!!!!!"
Yes, that can be annoying. One problem is that a lot of new players simply don't realize that there might be a specific trick to a boss-fight, so they don't even realize that they should be asking. It's not a bad idea to check before the fight and ask if everyone knows how to play it. The second... Yeah. That was the only time I voted to kick a player who was still active. If it happens by accident, fine, but when someone starts to actively look for more groups to pull, that's it.
those Rakghoul flaspoints were super hard when they first came out.. Kaon Under Siege and what was the other one called? Lost Island. I remember Lost island being particularly difficult, the second boss (the droid) was very hard if you didn't have the right comp. by that I mean a tank 2 ranged dps and a healer. If yuou had that group setup, he was much easier as the tank could almost stand still as the debuff put on the person second highest on the threatmeter would be placed somewhere where it won't bother anyone. If you had a melee dps, it could land on him, needing you to reposition the boss all the time. it was just way harder, it was like an extra hardmode playing with melee. the WoW term "don't stand in fire" also applies here. standing in bad stuff is.. well, bad :) the good stuff to stand in is usually green or purple (the sorcerer aoe heal). speaking of silly things to click on, I clicked on the thing that activates the world boss on Tattooine and Voss haha, he jumped up and instant killed me, I was startled by it hahaha. I thought it was a lore object.
I've got no problem with someone playing out the cutscenes if they speak up. A simple "I'd like to watch the cutscenes" is a nice polite way to let others in your group know, especially if they do NOT want to watch them. While some may want to watch, many have seen them so many times they could quote them, so speak up.
8:21 After re watching this. Maybe you all should be patient and wait for the person instead, I consider it more rude to be impatient with someone who is dealing with issues. Life is more important than just games.
I had to laugh when you said: "If one of your group is a tank always let them attack the enemies first..". Definitely, a do as Swtorista says and not as she does. I've played my Jugg tank Bellicent a couple of times with you and KidLee on Darth Malgus and you make it challenging, in a fun way. I guess if you give a former tank Force Storm the temptation is just too hard to resist, lol.
LOL I was wondering if anyone would notice, I was repeating that in my head the entire time I was writing this. Sorry, streaming, talking, and flashpointing all at the same time is not my forte!
I just got into this game, and some of the newbie level 10 flash points are fucking hard! My first one was the uh, Foundry. I got creamed a lot, and the evil robot guy smashed me with the engine thing the first time and I had no idea. I've since ran a few others, and they vary in difficulty. Some are really easy like Black Talon, and some are pretty challenging like uh, one where I had to fight a bounty hunter who used fire a lot. We actually all died, and one guy carried that fight from 60% to dead over the course of like 20 minutes. It was nuts. ------------- People have been incredibly helpful so far, and I've never been kicked out yet. I'll tell everyone I'm new, and that I'm back for the EXP promotion, and woah, there's an expansion? I thought this game was dead? We joke about Warcraft. I miss Warcraft, but there's a reason why I'm on Swtor. I've died a lot, and people will wait before a boss fight and explain the mechanics, and one time I got battle-rezzed like 8 times. I didn't even know you could do that in this game. Another time a guy who queued up as a non-lightsaber dps class volunteered to leave and re-queued in as his tank. He's the guy mentioned in the above story who soloed the crazy fire-loving bounty hunter. Another player actually rage-quit during that 20 minute fight, because he wanted the tank to just wipe it and restart. But honestly, if he was willing to drop his leveling too to come and carry us with his epic character--I was all about letting him have some fun and glory soloing that encounter. Me and the other dps guy who didn't rage quit just talked about the Star Wars lore while we watched the epic fight. And then we all cheered when he won. It was close a lot of the time. Him constantly bouncing between 50% and 10%. I do hate that the harder instances are surprisingly challenging to new players, and I'll greatly appreciate the list provided on which ones to avoid. I love running group content, but I don't love dying all the time or being a liability. Thanks again for the guide.
Note: Since I didn't want to look like a scrub, I dropped like 50 bucks into cosmetic items, so I looked awesome, but I Was really an idiot behind all that fancy looking gear. I made sure to explain that in my groups so no one thought I was an experienced God or something.
was the bounty hunter flying around in a jetpack and setting the ground on fire? was she called Shae Vizla? if yes then you were fighting a boss from the shadow of revan expansion
I do want to join flashpoints with other people however I do feel like my Sith Warrior isn't on par on what a Tank should be, with gear and mods. I think I would just let them down. I just tend to stay away from them and solo it.
I believe a little patience goes a long way, and therefor I dont agree with alot that was said in this vid. The mechanics are useful of course. But dont hesitate, in my opinion, to queue for a FP when lvl 15. When you want to see the vids in a FP, just say so (ask). In my experience ppl usually understand. Some FP that are dead easy with a full group of geared 70's can de troublesome when too many of then team are low lvl, undergeared and dont know what to do. Ths can be frustrating, and in some cases makes the FP (nearly) impossible, like in the case of FP Nathema. I usually just explain this to the low lvl, and they leave, no biggie. If a high lvl doesnt like it they leave. Their choice. Point is, we play this game together. It is an MMO. Just communicate. If you want to do something specific (fast run for weekly/ daily) and you dont want to ' put up' with low lvls who dont know how to do a fast run, form guild groups and get more CQ :P. Of course this goes for Veteran Mode FP's. For Master Mode FP I agree with what Sworista said, I think.
Another tip, play your damn role, if you choose healer then actually heal, I can’t count the amount of times my team has wiped because a healer wanted to do nothing but sit there and attack
Do you NEED to wear modable/adaptive gear to get the level boost on veteran mode? Let's say you're a lvl 50 using a crafted lvl 46 armor set and weapons, relics, ear piece and pack (rating 132 gear) (or the heroic version of the Crystalline armor set, also 132 rating)
question about the gear bolstering, you say that you need gear in each item slot, but what about Tacticals? They don't seem to drop until late/end game?
Hey swtorista, I'm following a google doc you had made that shows how to get the cartel coin achievements and I'm wondering about the 'story flashpoints' one it mentions. Does it mean all the ones that say [STORY] and appear on the solo tab in activities or are there more that are not listed there?
@@Swtorista I think the issue i had with that was is that they show the quest name i think instead of the dungeon that appears in the solo tab? I will investigate more
about cartel weapon it look really cool but the stat of cartel weapon kinda low it only 8 item rating. how do I increase that to 270+ item rating through modding or something else
hows the game right now? i kinda want to go back but as preferred status iam sure my equipment is going to get gimped. can i least finish the main story? even with preferred status?
This video could've been titled "I learned everything I ever needed to know about doing flashpoints when I was five." It's a great video for new players. We would wait for noobs to watch the cut scenes, before solo mode flashpoints came out. I've been the ops/raid tanks for various guilds and games I've played in. The worse players when it comes to pulling aggro before the tanks in SWTOR are Marauders/Sentinels aka Maratards and Sentards. We had a Maratard named Tree, in our guild and he would always aggro the mob, or do the double lightsaber throw and aggro the mob behind the one we're fighting. Of course you could hear me and/or the other tank yell "GODDAMIT TREE!!!, over mumble. It got so bad that our guild master forbade him from using his Marauder in ops. Fun times. If you ever get a chance look up "rules for marauders on the swtor forums." It's pretty funny. On a serious note, can you solo uprisings? I would like to know because that would help our command points. Once again, great video and love your work. Thanks!
I like how I can't do any of this! Can't queue for a flashpoint. Can't filter flashpoints. What a fun game!!!!! This game goes out of its way to make it difficult for new players to the point where it's best to move on to an MMO where the developers care. Why would I pay for a game where I can't even enjoy all of the content? "We just gave you the Hammer Station quest!" "You want to do the mission? HAHAHAHASHAHAHAHAHA NO!!!!!!!!! At every point, this game has made me feel like they don't want new players, let alone help them.
Hey! I don't have a video lined up as there are many other decent written guides out there right now. But yep that would be a way to get into those flashpoints.
Haha, sorry for the messy inventory. Those are from Galactic Command, you get them kind of naturally as you do content while subscribed at lvl 70. They contain random gear / goodies.
fyi if you are new and trying to do random fp's be warned, there are rude max lvl 75 players who have been playing for years expecting everyone else to know how to do the fp's that will kick if you watch cutscenes or pull 1 extra group of mobs.... Had to learn this the hard way. People are actually that petty in this game.
First things first, great guide. Some great infos for making a newbies life probably easier in flashpoints (mine as well, because this is my first mmorpg, since i recently replayed the complete Kotor series before TOR) So thumps up first👍. But i got one thing i must disagree with. 1:20 "If this is your first time.. better use the chat of the fleet" Imho No. First it can take ages and mostly important the groupfinder/pug tool is literally matchmaking. Matchmaking is made for new players. Am i correcly by saying that this tool was not there from the start? If so, and pls correct me if im wrong, than thats the reason behind it, it was added because the game itself was watered down to cater to new ppl. Just saying, because saying things like that can scare new players off using it and i already read stuff like that here in the comments. Of course, as a new player you can join a guild and run flashpoints with them but this should be rather the case for ppl who wanna speedrun them and playing with their own experienced group "Ppl who knowing their buddies toilett schedule times😁), this is not the purpose of the matchmaker/groupfinder. And yes, i know that you can matchmake for extreme difficulty settings but thats another thing you explained corretly later in the video, but at that moment you sad that, it sounded very generalized to me. Some friend of mine who played the game recently told me, that he was kicked from several flashpoints, because of just watching the cutscenes. Although this never happed to me(Mostly just some "press spacebar" spammers, who are also quit annoying) this was the main reason i wrote this.
I agree that's not how groupfinder should work, you should just match up and go. But so many players have expressed that they had experiences like your friend that I would rather scare someone a bit than have them run in to that situation.
@@Swtorista yeah, well thats some quit "unusual" way to prepare new players for stuff like this, but ok! 😅 Thx for reply though. Hope you're continuing your series und support for this game, helps ppl quit alot. Greetings from germany. (Tulak Hord Server)
hi, listen I have a problem you see I have a lvl 75 sith inquisitor and am up to the Conflicting Priorities flashpoint but it is not showing up on my mission tab how do I fix that?? I'm asking because I have tried to find a way to fix this on the internet but haven't found anything
Copero is ALOT easier with a good stealther. The stealth goes straight to the bot boss while the rest of the group waits at the landing pad. Once the stealther gets there the rest of the group jumps off the landing pad and respawns right at the bot boss. Blood hunt isn't so bad if everyone stays in the center as much as possible during the platform fight & sperate fast when needed, and ranged stay to the edges during the final fight. The only real problem is that these fights can be unforgiving to bad/idiot players, as well as to anyone getting hit with heavy lag bursts.
Swtorista, pls, Do you know Why I can not get battle-scarred helmet in the republic side?, And How can I get it or where? I try to get the MK 2 by doing heroics but my luck sucks a lot and can not catch it, what can I do?

I wish the game itself had a bit of a intro before you go in to your first one :)

@@ItachiKai mate, this is about the love of the story and love of the game, dosen't matter if you do it 10 times or 100,it is swotor and the game is unique ..I love this game ,played it from the beginning and had to take a break of some years because of college and job..now I'm back and the game is still nice and fun..
@@Mtvbella yeah, try playing it since it came out. The game got stale a long time ago, I've so many alts and I have done all the raids on NiM so many times. The game definitely gets old.

I just LOVE IT
That's my #1 feelings in SWTOR - working hard and finally defeating a boss with your group!
Why am I watching this? I've been playing Flashpoints for at least five years.
I know right? but it's Swtorista! and I NEEEEEED to listen to here voice

Yep people are way more patient when you let them know!

i have played this game on and off for 10 years all of it solo i have never tried to do any team stuff cause of bad experiences on other games and the fact most people seem to use some kind of voice chat i don't have a mic so discord is useless to me when i attempted to use discord to just listen to people it would not work right for me and i don't like getting yelled at or booted out for doing something wrong and not knowing what it was i did wrong so i don't even try to us the finder but it would be nice to try it to get gear n stuff your videos help me a lot so thanks for posting them
11:00 My rule of thumb with Need/Greed in group finder is Need only if you can use that item (ie, its a better helm than what you have), greed anything you would just sell to vendors or common mats, and pass on anything you honestly don't even want to go through the trouble of selling.
I'm a veteran noobie! I took a long, long break and now I am back and watching your videos! they are pretty helpful
Once he's dead the adds are easy prey, but trying to fight them while Malgus is still alive is hopeless because he keeps spawning more and more and you will get overwhelmed.
one main advise i would give all (not just new) DDs: focus the weakest mobs first in groups, as they die fastest and deal the same damage as the elite mobs
unless killin them enrages the boss
Awesome content, it helps alot, thank you!
cheers!
Swtorista, I currently play WoW and have played SWTOR, ESO, GW2 and others and by far you have the best mmo guides! Keep up the great work you do!!!
Thank you! These are actually the 4 games my guild loves haha
You really are the master of the game. Thank you master

Essels/Black Talon was probably the most fun my friends and I had playing SWTOR.
imho if they had focused on making more dungeons like that with interesting choices, it'd be a way more successful game
I'm still waiting for another game with a system like that :/
It's very interesting. Some players hate that one because it takes so incredibly long with all the cutscenes.
Another great video Stworista :D
Thanks Agaro!
I helped out on my first heroic mission the other day. I was very nervous because of being first time and not playing well with others, but the other player was patient and we got quite a bit done. I cocked up but was not big deal. Might even do it again. =D

I was going to make some more advanced guides but I'm waiting for the changes in 6.0 in september 2019

Oh, the times ive kicked out of those just for wanting to see the cutscenes...
im not gonna be one of those guys that tells people to sb or yells at them. if they wanna see it then let them. and if someone DCs then i'll wait a few minutes (2-5) before voting yes to remove. i might be a veteran player, but im not mega sweat and can sympathize with the more casual crowd. and i apply that to all FPs, even hammer station. and if someone starts to act like a mega sweat and makes the FP unfun then guess who is getting kicked instead or has to wait while someone is watching the cutscene on purpose :)

2:49 is it possible to have a custom gear set with the modules of a set that has those bonuses (when you gather several gears of the same set) and still retain the bonuses?
I always thought that it's a pain in the a** to keep spending on augmentation slots every time you upgrade to better gears. I want to keep the set bonuses so I end up just moving the modules over, but always afraid of spending on augments slots then just end up getting a new gear :/
but your custom legacy bound armor seems to have the set bonus :O
The set bonus is tied to the armoring.
So what I do is pick a legacy set of gear, augment it, then continue upgrading the mods, enhancements and armorings as I get better ones :)

It's weird, it is in group finder but only levels 10-15.
@@Swtorista I guess they thought it would be too boring for higher level players since pretty much everyone runs through it on their way to Dromon Kaas as a way to get some extra exp.
@@ajvanmarle They have a lot of dialogue. They're one of the better ways to farm social points.
If the user interface vanished and you have no way of telling the other people in the group that it happened because the chat window also vanished when you started the flashpoint, instead of quitting try holding down CONTROL and pressing U several times. This usually reloads the UI. This bug is incredibly annoying.

If it happens by accident, fine, but when someone starts to actively look for more groups to pull, that's it.
cool vid swtorista.
I can't tell you how many times I've watched this video😕 I'm no good at playing with others online
those Rakghoul flaspoints were super hard when they first came out..
Yes! They were really hard and really fun. The Master Mode flashpoints are kind of like that now.
if it's a tactical flashpoint idc if people watch cutscenes, HM flashpoints it gets a little annoying and I would strongly prefer they skip.
Yeah, for Master mode I would feel the same way.
@@Swtorista Honestly cut scenes can be fun But will admit been awhile since I run an FP out side of a guild one
Life is more important than just games.
do a vid on operations next pleassse
I had to laugh when you said: "If one of your group is a tank always let them attack the enemies first..". Definitely, a do as Swtorista says and not as she does. I've played my Jugg tank Bellicent a couple of times with you and KidLee on Darth Malgus and you make it challenging, in a fun way. I guess if you give a former tank Force Storm the temptation is just too hard to resist, lol.
LOL I was wondering if anyone would notice, I was repeating that in my head the entire time I was writing this. Sorry, streaming, talking, and flashpointing all at the same time is not my forte!
I just use force wave whenever I see a new group of enemies
I just got into this game, and some of the newbie level 10 flash points are fucking hard! My first one was the uh, Foundry. I got creamed a lot, and the evil robot guy smashed me with the engine thing the first time and I had no idea.
I've since ran a few others, and they vary in difficulty. Some are really easy like Black Talon, and some are pretty challenging like uh, one where I had to fight a bounty hunter who used fire a lot. We actually all died, and one guy carried that fight from 60% to dead over the course of like 20 minutes. It was nuts.
-------------
People have been incredibly helpful so far, and I've never been kicked out yet.
It's awesome that you've had so many good experiences!
was the bounty hunter flying around in a jetpack and setting the ground on fire? was she called Shae Vizla? if yes then you were fighting a boss from the shadow of revan expansion
Good tips :) in the end patience and communication will get you very far!
@@Swtorista Thx Sworista.
Another tip, play your damn role, if you choose healer then actually heal, I can’t count the amount of times my team has wiped because a healer wanted to do nothing but sit there and attack
The graphics look improved👀 since the last time that I played this game lol.
Some of the clips are from when I had an older computer, but most are playing on Ultra.
Great video..... GREAT VOICE to be exact.
Do you NEED to wear modable/adaptive gear to get the level boost on veteran mode? Let's say you're a lvl 50 using a crafted lvl 46 armor set and weapons, relics, ear piece and pack (rating 132 gear) (or the heroic version of the Crystalline armor set, also 132 rating)
alot of the time i generally dont know how This will end but people generally know where they are going when i play
question about the gear bolstering, you say that you need gear in each item slot, but what about Tacticals? They don't seem to drop until late/end game?
Correct, they are level 75.
I really hope to one days meet you on the digital playground.
Hey swtorista, I'm following a google doc you had made that shows how to get the cartel coin achievements and I'm wondering about the 'story flashpoints' one it mentions. Does it mean all the ones that say [STORY] and appear on the solo tab in activities or are there more that are not listed there?
I don't know off the top of my head but the actual achievement ingame will list them properly if you look in the legacy panel.
Yep modding! Here's more info ruclips.net/video/4KmMPoXrxh4/видео.html
hows the game right now? i kinda want to go back but as preferred status iam sure my equipment is going to get gimped. can i least finish the main story? even with preferred status?

This is great. Hey what server do you mostly play on? just curious. Hope you and yours are well
Good video.
Thanks Lucas!
Thanks!
Nope sorry, uprisings are group only :)
Grizzly907 They can be soloed, but they do require certain classes, rank 50 companion, and skill.
Would you advise this for those who wish to hunt for the HK51 parts, are you going to do a video on how to get him
Hey! I don't have a video lined up as there are many other decent written guides out there right now. But yep that would be a way to get into those flashpoints.
@@Swtorista very well, thank anyway, anyone in particular who video best shows what to do?
how do you get the gold loot boxes in your inventory that were not from the cartel market.
(Tulak Hord Server)
hi, listen I have a problem
you see I have a lvl 75 sith inquisitor and am up to the Conflicting Priorities flashpoint but it is not showing up on my mission tab
how do I fix that??
I'm asking because I have tried to find a way to fix this on the internet but haven't found anything
Tip 1: If you get Copero, leave and try again later.
Or Blood Hunt.
