    16:39 what I have always loved about Kenny is how he's always so aware of his audience's psyche and addresses it without missing a beat. Listening to him talk always makes me think and retrospect and it's honestly so fulfilling.

    The gut is not a vague thing, it resides energetically at the solar plexus chakra (located at the abdomen, near the navel). The more confident and self assured a person is, the stronger your gut gets and the lesser you find the need for validation. That strengthens your boundaries too :)

    For me setting boundaries is very easy with people I know like family and friends. But with strangers they straightaway think I am rude, which I really do not care. Im grateful for the best family and friends I have.

      Even I face this RUDE or COLD remark with strangers. At some point and in situations you have to care about what they’ll think and It’s so difficult.

    What is the line between setting boundaries and being an inconsiderate/ unkind person?

    • @earthang3l
      @earthang3l 27 дней назад

      boundaries are for things that make you feel bad about yourself (not in an introspective way, it's important to listen when you've upset about someone). unfortunately, there is indeed a thin line between the two, which you'll have to navigate on your own and with insight from people close to you. this is why it is important to surround yourself with people whose worldview you trust, they will help you grow. also, I think people tend to o scillate between the two- between too kind and too mean- but sooner or later you will find a middle ground. hope this made sense haha

      If you're purposefully doing any wrong, that's what makes you unkind. Having your own priorities and preferences is something abt yourself, not others. That's what boundaries mean. Like you shouldn't give a space for other person to take you granted or belittle you.
