LOL, I almost dismissed this loot guide vid til you said that. I've just been leaving the rooms and coming back to respawn the chests but I think after a long while the enemies will in fact respawn that way.
the dragons knights cloak does drop of the chest you said you heard it did...also it will from one of the bottom 2 chests facing eachother. I have 2 currently Goes nice with the twilight armor and looks good on my pawn.
ah i remember that chest tactic, from another game, regarding keeping it open and not taking the loot makes the game thinks it's not taken therefor it's still possibly to reload after taking some loot and it'll be closed. :D
I just found bone armour... I the everfall, but it's before you fight the dragon. That one room where the skeleton comes from a coffin and the lever is in the coffin. Open the left treasure chest. (did that make sense?)

Its weird because after I looted something from a chest then saving right after then killing myself with the God's Bane, the looted chest doesn't seem to reset. I've deleted the patch 1.02 btw. And oh, few more I've found on the chest where you found Lordly Cloak - in the same chest I've found Burnished Bracers and Dragons Risen.

I have the strategy guide, the loot tables have been accurate for me (PS3 version). And I have just about everything out of everfall except, the gleaming bracers, and abyssinal outfit (clothing).
Is it possible that the loot differs in the PS3 version vs the X box version of the game? ...also any idea where to find the Dragon's risen staff... the OSG claims it can be found in the chamber of hope.. BS or not BS?
That chest where you found the nebula cake, I opened it 100 times (i counted), 87 times I found friggin Harspud juice and the other 13 I got jewels of vivisection. Time consuming or what.

Do mean to pawns!?! You simply have said pawn equip whatever armor or weapon you want to give away and what they are currently wearing goes back to the owner of the pawn, It will tell you that the armor or weapon is a gift and you can not remove it from the pawn once you give it to them, They have to be of the right vocation of course.
great strategy man, It probably took a long time to be able to find that out. You know what I noticed, The game Doesn't really offer much for the magick Archer, I'm currently a magick archer in NG+ and i'm extremely bored looking at my Arisen with the same stuff on!!. Does anybody know where to find good equipment for a Magick Archer?, specially a Bow of course, can you find anything extremely good in the everfall?

Let's say I open one of the chests and find a great loot I want to keep, but in the other ones I find nothing of my interest, if I take the great item, save the game and kill myself, when I retry, will the chest I looted be closed or just the ones I haven't taken the item from??
Am I just missing something or do you have to wait until post game to fully explore the Everfall? I’ve experimented with the levers and I feel like I’m just going on a wild goose chase here. Am I the only one who can’t figure out how to unlock the right doors to be able the loot all the chests everyone keeps talking about or do you just have to wait until post game?

When I entered my first chamber in the everfall I looked to my right, saw a chest, opened it, and got the grizzly skull.
You can quick save by pressing start and then select. Hope that helps
I heard the feral cape can also be obtain from this chamber or distress.

Having the same trouble. Can't find a way to stay in the chamber while resetting looted chest as he did in the vid.
Further note, Ascalon does have a glow being a holy element weapon. I'd like that damn shield though.

Ascalon can also drop from soloing Ur Dragon offline, I got it on my Assassin, amazing weapon.

I think the sword is Ascalon, which u get from defeating the ur dragon offline

It worked!! But don’t bring along any pawns they are sure to snatch unwanted loot and prevent the reset of chests you didn’t want to pilfer!!

and i did what you said in the video, "kill all the enemies, save, loot item you want, save, godsbane, reload" but the chest remain opened
I think you're supposed to save before hand
