Watching this reminded me how much I loved Elizabeth Hoyt. It’s been few years since I’ve really read historical. And I was prompted to read Beguiling the Beast again and I’m loving it. I’m also really liking the story being told at the start of each chapter.

I've tried a couple of Hoyt's books that I did not love, but To Beguile a Beast sounds good. I'm such a sucker for a Beauty and the Beast retelling though. Between those and Hades and Persephone retellings they're like romance crack for me. 😂
