Legit didn't expected this to be "manga authentic" (Ramenman just snaps Brocken Sr. back and kneads him into ramen noodles then eat him in anime; In manga he actually tore Brocken in two with a Camel Clutch and relishes on his blood).

The character is named Scrap Sandayu it’s a spin off series of Kinnikuman . It came out in the early 1990’s . It takes place after Kinnikuman won the fight against the Kinnikuman princes . It lasted two issues . They even had a set of figures made of some of the characters .
