La persona que me enseño inicialmente Aikido, entrenan una vez a la semana estilo libre, a diferencia que entrenan Taijitsu adaptado con la base del Aikido, siendo así una técnica rapida y directa, donde el uke no necesariamente tiene que seguir o acompañar al tori para poder realizar una técnica, que se puede aplicar contra cualquier persona con o sin conocimiento en Aikido, dando como resultado la efectivad total en la defensa personal. Se podría decir que es un híbrido entre Taijitsu y Aikido. Técnicas únicas diseñadas por nuestro sensei Josue Novoa, alumnos directos de Kazuo Chiba Sensei 8 Dan en Aikido.

I thought, you want to be thrown by an aikido person for real? Visiting a dojo would be the ideal thing to do. I guarantee, you won't be able to harm them.
@@nanicore18 I can assure the hand I give the aikido is called a punch with a firm wrist with full rooted body preceded by a few feints and knees just to make it interesting. $100 per throw reward for them.

If you don't take "a dive" your arms will be broken
Dive or not. Nobody moves like this in a real fight.. good fitness tho I'm sure. Like modern dance
