I love how passionately you express your experiences of wearing these attars and the poetic /visual way which you express the different notes involved with each scent . Thank you for this post and all the other videos. I've always bought oils/attars of a single note and been creating my own personal scents. Also incense burning as I grew up with the scent of Frankincense crystals burning on charcoal, Myrrh resin as well as Rose which my Grandmother would burn whenever we visited her and Grandfather's house. My Mom still burns Frankincense crystals when she makes bread and walks around the house blessing it with the sacred scent. Keep up the great scent discoveries ~❤💥💡🌟

It's funny you should mention about the naturals , for I was going through a bunch of old samples,
and I remember how people would describe how this fragrance has a nice wood in it in their reviews .
I would get a sample of it and all I kept thinking was, I am sure I know what would smells like,
but I am not noticing any here. I felt like an outsider , for I couldn't detect what the reviewers were talking about.
That was mainly designers, and some niche. I did get a 1 ml of Saigon from Feel Oud ,and there is a boat load of wood in it.
I like it, but I do understand that others might not .

PS, going to try Agarwood Assam's burnables to start.
Then get some from Feel Oud, Ensar and the one other company that does the frankincense . They seem a little low in price though.

On the 3ml Sweet Trat, the description says that the tree has been natural infected . What does that mean ?

I think I'll get what Agarwood Assam has a and Feel Oud .

Oh, I got Ensar's Santal Sample Kit. Holy shit that encens sandalwood is just mind blowing gorgeous.
Love the wood chips too, but the encens . Haven't sampled all the samples from the kit.
Oh, got Rising Phoenix Musk Rose. Still haven't sampled it.
He did send me a sample of his mysore sandalwood reserve . Mmmmm, a bit mechanic like in the opening.
You know the smell of the mechanic shops, oily and what not.
Ensar's is much better. Actually butter better. I could bath in it.

Gutted this isn't available at the moment! In other news, where would you recommend for a mid range (read decent) Indian oudh. I dont mind the funk but savour the balsamic elements. Looking to buy a full tola for daily wear of that sort of a hindi oudh.

One more query. What u r referring as aged oud from ajmal is it "dehnul oud amiri" or another oud by name of "dehnul oud qadeem" also from the house of ajmal becoz literarily amiri means princely or royal while qadeem means old or aged. I also intend to buy small amount of dehnul oud qadeem from ajmal if it has similar notes & effersevence like dehnul oud amiri which i absolutely love. And sorry for bothering u...

Hey nikhil i am a newbie to the world of oud attars . I find ur videos dripping with knowledge of fragnance . So happy to have stumbled to ur channel. Just a query , have u tried dehn ul oud amiri from house of Ajmal. Of all the oud attars i have tried till now i find this most mesmerising . Can u recommend some similar oud attars ( but a bit cheaper :-) ).

Exotic Scents with Nikhil :- want to recommend u a fragrance oil ☺ its known as white oudh by al nuim . Comes in two sizes 8ml and 25 ml . Try and pick up 25 ml bottle as it smells more dense. And pls do review it if u are able to get ur hands on it. And yes its a cheapie. 25 ml will cost u around 300rs
