So glad I got the epson because I was replacing the HP WorkForce 7740 ink and it’s 125.00 bucks for INK! I found the Epson on Amazon for 149.00 and it included the ink. I am sure it won’t last long but it had a 4 year warranty that I got for 30 bucks. Ink for the epson is about 100 bucks, not great like echo tanks but to get features like you get on the 4830 you have to spend 500. No. Thanks for the great review. Your extremely handsome.
Hi there. Nice comparison. I couldn't decide between those two printers for a while, but ordered the Epson 4745 just yesterday. I am just not comfortable with HP business moves which includes the confusing and partly contradictionary informations about the 'e' models. In Germany, all cool printers are out of stock and the WF-4745 should be identical to the WF-4740 except for color and ink-cartridges. "Cool printers" in my case means mostly 'good scanner options with OCR/searchable pdf'. In your unboxing video you teasered a full review for the WF-4740 which I can't find. I guess, you skipped that for the comparison vid. Any idea where I could find a full review that would also cover the printer working with its software - especially 'Document capture pro'?

HP Officejet Pro 7740 have always problem with replaced the cartdriges always errors put new cartdriges errors again☹☹☹
