I thought I knew all amazing versions of this tune. Starting with Richard Harris original, or this epic version from Beggars Opera..even Donna Summers "disco" version was amazing. But this version tops everything. Unbelieavibly great
Bill is like THE best finding in the last 10 years of Prog. SUCH a HUMBLE guy too. Amazing. Im paying my VIP tickets to see them and I will give him a HUG for doing this.
WOW !!!! I didn't think I even liked this song but this version brought smiles and tears with Bill blasting it out on the vocals and the arrangement ... just WQW !!!
bruce anthony - Absolutely!! I've been trying to find a rocky version of this song for years. It's not perfect (the original still gives me the shivers), but it's better than anything else out there! P.S. I'm going to record my own cover of MacArthur Park and it will be both heavy and close to the original (maybe shortened) so watch this bloody space!!
There was already a (prog) rock version of this song by Beggar's Opera ( from their Pathfinder album,1972). Definitely the best version ever. Check: ruclips.net/video/8vabm1pARhw/видео.html
I like this song - true masterpiece but this awesome prog arrangement for me the best! Live performance is very expressive and as good as album version!
The timings of music between 8.13 to 8.27 remind of the future john miles classic record ''Music''. Don't know if anyone can spot any resemblance, or is it just me ?
Someone left a cake out with Lorraine, I don't know if I can take it, Can't believe that she just ate it, and we'll never have that chemistry again, Oh No !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And to think Neal didn't like this song....glad Mike P. pushed hard for it to be included. Just perfection.

DAMM, that's a hell of a version of Mac Arthur Park. First time I've ear-it, and I love it!
Wow! A spock's beardified sixties classic. Bravo gentlemen.
MacArthur Park NEVER fails to bring a tear to my eye regardless of which version, it is just that good!!!!!!
This is LIVE folks. Incredible.
Man, Bill is a prolific arranger. Of course Neal is a master himself. So much talent in NMB.
I've always loved this song. Great version. Thanks Neal!
Definitely one of the best bands on earth!!!❤️
2.00 I loved Bill's "Who wrote these lyrics" actions!
How can ANYONE do THIS?!?! I didn’t like this song originally, but NOW......... WHOOOOOOOOOO!!!
WOW !!!! I didn't think I even liked this song but this version brought smiles and tears with Bill blasting it out on the vocals and the arrangement ... just WQW !!!
8:55 and beyond is just absolute chills. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
This is beyond fantastic. This is beyond anything. What great musicians.
Literally moved to tears by this 50 year old song, done by a bunch of 50 year olds, (Except Eric, of course) Well, now these guys are sixties.
Reminds me so much of Kansas.
Right!!!! Sounds like they wall from them !!!!!
Just amazing!
I never thought that anyone would dare to create a new version for this classic of music. You dared ... and this is incredible.
Incredible is an understatement, this rendition is emotionally mind-blowingly out of this world.!😍🥰🤩😛😛👌🏻😎👍🏻I never get tired of playing it.!
Written by Jimmy Webb and Adrian Drover.
Published by Universal Music. Arranged by Bill Hubauer.
This song gives me the chills
Neals music hits my spirit - this music is my favorite!
I was floored when I heard the studio version on The Grand Experiment, and equally floored at this live performance. Chills...
Fantastic version
Finally a rock version of the prog masterpiece...

Sooooo Cool! I love it! The T-Shirt from Mike is toooo Much!....
That smile at 9:00 says all, that needs to be said, about Bill.
I just love that Neal still plays an Alesis Quadrasynth. It was never a popular synth, but I always loved it. Keep it up.
I bought one very cheap after seeing what he did with it live with Transatlantic.
He doesn't use it to generate sounds though, Apple Macbook & Mainstage does all that
@@donmcbass yeah he probably jsut really likes the feel of it because he could literally use anything else
Brilliant version, much heavier, rockier and romantic than the original version. Volume 40 through my computer speakers while I'm writing this.
Excellent... An ELP + Rick Wakeman footprint
Funtastic orchestration!!!
I wonder if Jimmy Webb has heard this version? Would love to get his view on this. Incredible in my humble opinion.
Tis one of my favorite covers by the NMB

Best cover ever.
Brilliant!!!
FKN notes! I love them!
These guys are balls out good!
Great !!!
Montro mudical neal morse!
3:56 Is awesome!
Excelente banda. À la Yes
Bill nails this ...
5 stars

Sounding great again, but I would love to see 1 Neal Morse blu-ray/dvd someday without all the vocal overdubs.
Great show, but sitting through Fill Keegy was brutal.
