Love my sky redline! It's fast, it's sleek, it's for driving and nothing else. It gets plenty of looks, not just car guys, but women walk up to me at the gas station and fawn over it. It's very dependable, fun to drive, really fun. I live in Hawaii, so a trip to the beach in it is a couple towels,a 12pack cooler of beer that barely fits in trunk, and my hot girlfriend. What else do you need really? I'd buy it all over again for sure, the sky redline is badass.
Mike, I have a Redline Sky I have a few observations I'd like to make. Many people complaint about not enough room in a small car, especially if they are big. Big people should buy big cars. The trunk is small, but it's a convertible; what can you do? These cars are not designed for soccer moms. One feature about the trunk which is nice is the way it is designed (a u shaped tunnel) you can put groceries in it without them falling over. Can't say that for most cars. The convertible top - I gladly give up a little inconvenience to have that beautiful and unique top. Having to get out of the car to put the top up or down; the extra 20 seconds doesn't bother me and I'm well practiced, I've been getting in and out of cars for 60 years. The buttresses, I love, except the top is always wrinkled there; not a deal breaker, maybe they could have fixed that in a later generation. One of the alignment pins on the top is off kilter and I have to go and give it a nudge putting up the top.Not at the windshield but one of the ones right behind the window. Acceleration - not linear. Downside, you lose a little control. Upside you get a nice little rush of acceleration when that turbo kicks in. I did have to replace the water pump at 28k and cost $900. :-( My auto transmission has a little clunk downshifting around corners. Upside is that it has't gotten worse in 6 years. I wish it was a 6,7 or 8 speed with paddle shifters. The one thing that really gets me is the dash lights, They just aren't bright enough in the day. In certain conditions they are readable when you turn off the headlights. That reminds me, I don't like the headlights being "on" as the default setting. I love my Sky! It still turns heads.

Has anyone had any issues with the CD fast forward/rewind reversing with the radio tuner? The issue presented itself after a recall issue was done, but dealership said there was no correlation.
The Solstice/Sky, like the Camaro, bore the burden of being a late era show car that went to production. For years GM got tons of crap for showing great concepts that ended up in production looking nothing like the show car. The kappa cars came to the market looking almost exactly like the concepts, and to make that happen they had to make do with the fiddle convertible top, the lack of trunk space, and parts-bin pieces to keep costs down. The fact they made it at all is a miracle; it’s a tragedy that they were axed along with the nameplates in the bankruptcy.
I hate that the dome light buttons are backwards - in that you press it in to turn it off. Also the lack of an auto dimming mirror stinks. But I solved both by just getting a different mirror off eBay for $35. Also I hate the angle my non-driving leg sits out since it kills my knee, and the fact you have to take off a body panel to change the battery. Finally for me, coming from a couple of Corvettes and a BMW 4-Series and heck even a couple of Cadillacs, the performance of the Sky, the base model, is pretty lacking. Not a huge deal since I view it as more of a cruising car, but it certainly feels like even the base model should have a little more get up and go. But, with that said, I really overall love the car thus car. Only had it for a couple of months and was coming from that BMW 4-Series and thought I’d really be slumming it, but nope - not in the least. I replaced the stereo with a modem deck with car play and per Mike’s videos I replaced all the lighting with LEDs, and wow, it feels like a nearly new car. It drives great, doesn’t feel like a small car (in a good way, for example it doesn’t get bounced around on the freeway by passing trucks) and it’s a really fantastic looking beautiful car.
Just a heads up, Parts of the saturn sky are becoming really scarce. I had a 2007 saturn sky got into a small finder bender (needed a new bumper and hood) and the insurance company totaled the car.
I love all the clamshell top cover is so easy to put back in place. The Miata looks unfinished it doesn’t even have a top cover. Takes 30 seconds to put the top up and down. Regarding plastic interior- I had doirs and center console wrapped in Napa diamond stitch quilted leather
Shannon Pierce Congrats on purchasing a Solstice. I'm sure you're going to love it. I purchased mine with 78,000 miles on it and I have 85,000 miles now with no problems at all (knocking on wood). I've seen in the various Facebook groups I belong to, people showing 100,000, 150,000 and more miles. These are very good engines if maintained. The only thing to check is if the water pump was changed. That's one part that seems to be a known problem with our cars. Good luck. You're in for a lot of fun.
Hey thanks for the great video. I love my 2007 base model but yes it is hard to find parts. Do you have a good source for a new black top? Only place I really found is in California and I have to remove my top and send it to them. After about 3-4 weeks they send me a new one. Thats a long time to be without a top. Im in southern Indiana across from Louisville KY. thanks for any help
@TwinTurbo Ray First thing I said about the C8 - who makes an iconic sports car with no option for a manual transmission!?! Turns out, CHEVY DOES!! the C8 is gorgeous IMO, and as much as I would love to own one, well, 'never the day shall come that I purchase a purpose built (i.e., a sports car) automobile lacking a 3rd pedal' Unfortunately my friend I fear such days are in a spiraling slope downward, fast approaching complete obsolescence of the manual automobile thanks to the inevitable transition of electric powered cars. Unless, and I truly hope this happens, at some point one crafty engineer from a manufacturer figures a way to create a manual shift electric car for the sake of old school drivers like us. Obviously it would be an unnecessary option built solely for the percentage of people who desire to be more in tune with their automobiles. But even if such a thing like that happens, I am certain it will still lack a clutch, and be more like today's tiptronic systems - unnecessary, yet offered as an option for the enthusiasts.
I agree with what you've said and love your videos. I have two additional complaints The steering wheel adjustment - I wish it could adjust up more and telescope Peddle height - Brake is too high compared to the gas which makes heel toe extremely difficult. A third complaint is specific to my Sky. The power, but that is because I got a smoken deal on a base model. I have a friend that had the 2.0 with the factory upgraded turbo. It was great. If I could get 300 + hp I think I would be happy with the power. That said I love my Sky and wish GM had continues with a Chevy roadster. Are you looking to turbo your Sky and if so are you leaning toward RPM, DDM, WERKS. or Hahn?
Also the top that is sealed around the rear window will eventually separate and leak and no fix is available you have to buy new top unless your the original owner that seal is heat seal guaranteed for life but only to original owner! I’ve purchased new top $1,300 plus another $900 to install so expensive repair
I picked up my Solstice GXP manual coupe just over a month ago and so far I love the "to die for" looks and I'm totally with you and trying to get some parts...ggggrrr
Are you a member of the Sky/Solstice Facebook Group? If not, you should join. Lots of helpful people there who are also selling stuff. They may be able to help. facebook.com/groups/107999612683303/
Your right on parts most parts you can still buy new from GM however there are others you no longer are able to get even aftermarket like behind steering wheel that plastic dome dash part over gauges be careful the clips holding it on break easy and I can not get that part so either rig it or dig in junk yards
Thank you for the review, been thinking it would be a fun car to own. But after watching your review I think I"ll forget about it and look for something else for a toy. Seriously thank you. Musicman 2xs
Be thankful it's a manual top. You have no idea how expensive it is to repair power tops. Owning a 2002 Saab convertible, power top repair easily costs more than the car is worth.
I have a 2007 Sky red line I've got no problem with the things you do,O.K. ya the trunk..but I can't believe you didn't mention the impossible to see instrument cluster...and you are wearing sun glasses......its too dark...
hey mike, what is that extra layer of skin on the trunk hood where the convertible top snaps into? Mine is ripped apart and idk if I should attempt to pull it off or leave it. what do you suggest?
Hi Jack. If you're talking about the clear triangle piece, some people say it's to protect the trunk paint from the convertible top. Other's say it was used when shipping the cars and was supposed to be removed at the dealerships. There are people that remove them completely and have no issues. Other's make their own replacement pieces and put them back on. So it's up to you on which way you go.
Yeah mine is super dirty and I want to remove mine.. I just didn’t know if it would be safe to scrap it off.. mine has tons of sun damage and looks bad too me..
Thanks for taking a different angle on making this type of video, most ppl just praise there cars as if it was the best thing ever the put rubber to pavement. I am doing my homework at looking into buying a Sky Redline, and this was a very helpful video. I am 6'4" so I may be out of luck, and that is a real bummer... Thank you for your inside info!
I would definitely suggest test driving one. You may be comfortable with it where other may not. I'm 5' 11" and have the seat pulled forward a few inches. But I do like a snug fit when I'm driving
Different people have different need.. I have GXP but I want to get a base model because I don't like to drive fast but I just want to own one low sporty car.
And Scotty Kilmer says don't buy a turbo used cuz if they don't change the oil proper it's bad. Not to mention its General Motors. Have to admit it gets good owner reviews.
GM pulled the plug on Pontiac Fiero because corvette people whined and felt threatened by Fiero. Same thing here! We can't have competition against corvette. GM should be forced to sell Pontiac & Saturn, not killing it. As for dashboard, you can always redesign a new dashboard to give you more room.
Do you still feel that the redline is a better choice? I see you turbo'd your car and I'm wondering if theres much anything you're missing out on with the base model now that you have a turbo
Matt. If you can purchase one or the other, you should go with the Redline (if you like turbos). I know one guy that bought a base because he doesn't like turbos. Now that mine does have a turbo (which I feel is stronger than the Redline...but won't know till I get it dynoed), I pretty much have everything a Redline does except for the slightly better suspension (although I have upgraded sway bars, DDM Brace Bundle, and will be upgrading to BC Coilovers). I personally don't have a limited slip diff...but you can get one with a base. So if you like a 2.4L engine over a 2.0L, and don't like the maintenance of a direct injected engine, then you can get a base, add a turbo and upgrade the suspension a bit. That will give you a Sky or Solstice that's just as good (if not better) than a Redline. Once I'm done with my suspension and LSD, oh...and upgrade the clutch...the added torque is causing it to slip a bit...then I feel my Sky will be better than a Redline.
@@MikesHouseOfMods based on your info, sounds like I'd be best off going with a base Sky. Not only do I not have to worry about carbon buildup, but it might be a better route to go if I decide to swap the motor down the road. One last question about the suspension. What makes the redline suspension better in your view? I.E. better handling, better ride quality, etc. I really appreciate all the advice, thanks so much!
@@mattkroening7964 I believe the only difference suspension wise is the Redline has larger sway bars...which you can actually change to on a base model of you choose. They will fit. If you're planning on doing a V8 swap, then I would definitely save the money and get a base model.
The problem with finding a base sky now is that you can easily find a redline that is priced similarly with similar miles. I just picked up a redline locally with 55k from a private seller for under $10k.
I've got a ruby red special edition 2009 Sky red line with automatic. Several good points. The one th I no I can't believe that wasn't mentioned was the side view mirror visibility. You can't see much more than the cars own rear quarters. Like you said the good far out weigh the bad.
2wrdr - I added those stripes myself. I bought the big black one on eBay and the thinner red one I bought from Pepboys and added it separately. Looks like eBay has a few options for your Solstice - www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xpontiac+solstice+strip.TRS0&_nkw=pontiac+solstice+stripe&_sacat=0
All of the Saturns were great cars for electric. My 2008 RedLine I love but it has such a stiff ride you feel each and every bump. Not good for long drive. Of course wish had spare tire.
I fully agree 👍, g.m. dropped the ball, big time discontinuing the Saturn line! and even more, oldsmobile! hello, one of the first cars to come along! and Pan Am! don't get me going! cheers 🍾🍾🍾🏳️🌈
I know I’ve told ya before but the ddm short shifter makes it shift so much better Well worth the hundred dollars As for the top Well if the top is up The car should be in the garage 😂🤣😂 But I understand about the leg room I’m 6ft 1 and have to have the seat back all the way too But the headroom with the top up is very good so I will give them that I love my Pontiac gxp I will never sell it It’s just to much fun Keep up the great work on the videos Merry Christmas
Yeah...yeah. I'm sure I'll get one some day, but I have a few other items I want to tackle first. However, if I start doing autocross, I may have to bump the short shifter up on my list :) You're right about the headroom. I was actually surprised about that. But I'm wondering if mine is pretty good since I have the adjustable seat which can be lowered. I'm glad you like the videos. I appreciate you watching. And Merry Christmas to you too.
If he is complaining that its notchy i dont see how the ddm shofter will help. The throw on it is crazy short and super notchy. I have the ddm shifter but my shifter is raised about 2 inches. Works well for me like that but i dont think this guy will like it.
Oh yeah. Especially when my wife and I go grocery shopping with it and she promises she's only getting a few small things. 1/2 shopping cart later, she's wearing toilet paper rolls on her lap...lol.
Nathan Howard my experience is based only on Opel GT, because I own one. Never seen solstice or sky in Finland. There is only 10 GT:s in Finland, i think most of them were shipped to Germany. I like the car only 40 000 km driven, no problems so far. I drive it only summertime.
Janne Norjos thanks for the response, but I was curious about the Opel roadster assuming you were from Germany(ignorant in my end) compared to the Opel gt
Nathan Howard ok. Now i got it. You mean Opel Speedster. Mid engine wehicle. It was also produced By Wauxhall. I think it was based on Lotus. I have seen one in a showroom. I think it has nothing to do with GT.
I absolutely love my Sky ♥️ I've had her for about a year and couldn't imagine how I've lived so long without one in my life lol. I don't have the redline model, just a base but it has a aftermarket turbo and will fly!! Every time I get in my car and drive it I get the biggest smile on my face because it's such a joy to drive, so fun!
Personally i like the Camaro better anyway. The solstice is a great car but, they’re underpowered for what they are i know we can modify them to be faster but, the solstice kinda only competes with the Miata. Other sports cars of its generation fly by it like nothing
GAUGE CLUSTER!! Hello Mike. Do you or anyone you might know have experience in getting the upper plastic part of the dash board out of the way so the instrument cluster can be removed. I've got the lower part removed to install a new head unit but before I finish that part of the project I want to replace my base gauge cluster with a Redline set I bought recently. I've got every bolt removed for the upper dash that I can find but I can't get it to come out. I don't wat to destroy it in the process. Is there a trick to this? Thanks
I got rid of My Redline... I LOVED THE CAR!!! CANNOT GET PARTS! No tops, no exterior lights. no chrome emblems... Thanks Government.. you keep fkng the pooch..
Ummm. Because I like it a lot. The video shows just a few quirks about it that I don't like. Not enough to make me sell it (unless someone wants to pay me more than what it's worth).
To answer your question as to why small sport cars are uncomfortable for tall drivers. / not designed for taller people....It’s called power to weight ratio. The taller you are the heavier your are going to be and the car won’t feel as light. It is a “sports” car. Why do you think professional motorcycle racers and Horse riders are short and don’t weigh as much ? Simple....... power to weight ratio. Hope I answered your question 👌🏻
we are so spoiled, as a society. You are annoyed by the manual top? are you kidding me? not enough room in a purse car? are you kidding? Putting the top up and down is a chance me to show it off. Feel proud of my toy. You know, be grateful for what you have. Now, the parts hard to find one, is legit, but again, you should know that BEFORE going in, its called doing your research before hand. I'm sorry, very thing you list is stupid.
Thanks for watching my video. I absolutely love this car and I believe I mentioned it in the video. But if you think about it, I'm actually creating the "research" for people who are thinking about buying one. The things I mention are items they should consider or at least look at before they buy.
The "little side flap things" on the convertible top is the 'sail'. Very similar to the BMW 630i convertible (car-images.bauersecure.com/wp-images/6074/560x315/00005f393d9a-e44d-4ad8-a.jpg.) However, it is more correctly called the 'C' Pillar ('Sail' is a large 'C' pillar), a structural member, on sedans, hardtops & coupes. The '67 Pontiac Tempest (gmauthority.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/1967-Pontiac-Tempest-Video-003.jpg) or the '69 Mercury Marauder X-100 (upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/43/Marauder_r.jpg) are pretty good examples.
Guy buys a discount brand car and is upset about the interior being cheap….. you’re cheap, pay more and then you’ll get better quality interior. Audi TT, bmw z3/4 lotus, the list goes on
1. 1:00 - pulling the plug
2. 2:57 - (lack thereof) trunk space
3. 3:05 - Manual shifter notchiness
4. 3:56 - Tall people problems
5. 5:36 - Manual top
6. 7:08 - Quality of interior CHEAP
Thanks for saving me 8 minutes.

Rod Munch you need a redline if you want more get up and go its a hell of a lot faster
Don't forget the radio control & cruise control are backwards
Still love my solstice 2006
You LIKE auto dimming rear-view? I have had several and hated every one. They don't dim enough. I have to tilt my mirror up so as not to be blinded.
I love my Sky, it looks way better than the GM ugly Chevy Corvette it's looks like a weird transformer.Saturn 4 ever
My weekend fun car - I'd probably get this over the Solstice mainly because of price
I've had mine since August 15, 2007 Only has 76000 miles on it love every single mile of it
Just a heads up, Parts of the saturn sky are becoming really scarce. I had a 2007 saturn sky got into a small finder bender (needed a new bumper and hood) and the insurance company totaled the car.
I've heard that happen to people. Then they buy the car back from the insurance company and use Norm's Fiberglass to purchase a new hood and bumper.
I love all the clamshell top cover is so easy to put back in place. The Miata looks unfinished it doesn’t even have a top cover. Takes 30 seconds to put the top up and down. Regarding plastic interior- I had doirs and center console wrapped in Napa diamond stitch quilted leather
Thanks Mike! I think I will get it. Interesting the fluid light is on.
Shannon Pierce Yes. Definitely get that checked out first. Replacing the water pump can be over $1000 depending on who does it.
I'm thinking about buying a Pontiac Solstice today. It is a 2008 with 65k miles. How many miles are they good for?
Shannon Pierce Congrats on purchasing a Solstice. I'm sure you're going to love it. I purchased mine with 78,000 miles on it and I have 85,000 miles now with no problems at all (knocking on wood). I've seen in the various Facebook groups I belong to, people showing 100,000, 150,000 and more miles. These are very good engines if maintained. The only thing to check is if the water pump was changed. That's one part that seems to be a known problem with our cars. Good luck. You're in for a lot of fun.
I have a 2006 with 114,000 miles and still running strong
Hey thanks for the great video. I love my 2007 base model but yes it is hard to find parts. Do you have a good source for a new black top? Only place I really found is in California and I have to remove my top and send it to them. After about 3-4 weeks they send me a new one. Thats a long time to be without a top. Im in southern Indiana across from Louisville KY. thanks for any help
It'd be sweet if Chevrolet revamped these
I agree but it's highly unlikely. It would be too much competition to their Corvette.
Just grab that Holden Ute from Australia and bring back the El Camino!
@TwinTurbo Ray First thing I said about the C8 - who makes an iconic sports car with no option for a manual transmission!?! Turns out, CHEVY DOES!! the C8 is gorgeous IMO, and as much as I would love to own one, well, 'never the day shall come that I purchase a purpose built (i.e., a sports car) automobile lacking a 3rd pedal'
Unfortunately my friend I fear such days are in a spiraling slope downward, fast approaching complete obsolescence of the manual automobile thanks to the inevitable transition of electric powered cars.
Flaps are called buttresses.
I agree with what you've said and love your videos. I have two additional complaints
The steering wheel adjustment - I wish it could adjust up more and telescope
Peddle height - Brake is too high compared to the gas which makes heel toe extremely difficult.
Are you looking to turbo your Sky and if so are you leaning toward RPM, DDM, WERKS. or Hahn?
Bummer!!!! I'll take it off your hands for free! It'll look great sitting in my garage next to my 2012.Mini Sportster S Cabriolet.
Yeah. Mostly the exterior body parts can be difficult. Luckily, a lot of our mechanical parts are shared with the Cobalt, so those aren't too bad.
Searching for GXP Z0K rear springs and cannot find ANY! May have to see if I can borrow and "copy".
Are you a member of the Sky/Solstice Facebook Group? If not, you should join. Lots of helpful people there who are also selling stuff. They may be able to help. facebook.com/groups/107999612683303/
I've been on the Solstice forum and that has helped a lot, but will try out the fb group, Thanks!
I saw one at a Compound dealer for 1k dollars, should I risk it and take it and possibly just buy whatever parts it needs?
def
Your right on parts most parts you can still buy new from GM however there are others you no longer are able to get even aftermarket like behind steering wheel that plastic dome dash part over gauges be careful the clips holding it on break easy and I can not get that part so either rig it or dig in junk yards
Thank you for the review, been thinking it would be a fun car to own. But after watching your review I think I"ll forget about it and look for something else for a toy. Seriously thank you.
Musicman 2xs
Toy, huh? Wait until try to buy parts for it, if you were to get one. You'll rethink your definition of "toy."
I absolutely love my Saturn sky, it was my first car.
Be thankful it's a manual top. You have no idea how expensive it is to repair power tops. Owning a 2002 Saab convertible, power top repair easily costs more than the car is worth.
ID Much rather have the cheap plastic than the BMW Granny Stockings on the pillar posts that fall..
Why is everyone who buys these cars 6ft?
Mike I can not shift my saturn sky to any gear when the car is running, but I can change all gear when it is not running. What can be the problem.?
clutch fluid low?
@@HowdyRowdyBoys i just peeled mine off Sunday. Its a job but looks so much better without
The “side flap things” are otherwise known as buttresses. Thanks for the video!
Awesome. Thanks. I lose a bit of my man card when I say "side flappy things". LOL.
Thanks for the chuckle, Kaj.
Thats the base model? Why would you get the base model?
Gxp or redline with a tune and exhaust and you have a really fun car.
Biggest problem for me is rear visibility. ... and the cup holder :)
Yeah. Rear visibility isn't that great, but the backup camera I have helps. And I'm just more careful with the cup holder now that it's fixed.
If you think the stock shifter is notchy, you'll hate the short shifter. (I LOVE it, but my use case is a bit different.)
my saturn SL was bad with leg room too.
I actually have a 2007 Pontiac solstice, i heard you mention a key fob? Do these cars have fobs and lock and unlock feats?
Mine does.
I've got a ruby red special edition 2009 Sky red line with automatic. Several good points. The one th I no I can't believe that wasn't mentioned was the side view mirror visibility. You can't see much more than the cars own rear quarters. Like you said the good far out weigh the bad.
Doesnt 08-10 cobalt ss parts work with these cars?
Did the racing strip come with it or did you add it? I have a black GXP and I've always wanted a racing stripe on it. I've just always like that look.
Things I hate, the interior plastics, the transmission, the rear view mirror, and the gauge lights, everything is piss yellow.
I agree, although, my Sky gauge lights are orange.
And yet you still bought the car? Or just telling us why you didn't?
I love the feeling of the stick shift I have the solstice it feels like a race car- Super comfortable clutch and short stick throws
You forgot to say anything about road noise , wind noise, and wind turbulance
All of the Saturns were great cars for electric. My 2008 RedLine I love but it has such a stiff ride you feel each and every bump. Not good for long drive. Of course wish had spare tire.
I fully agree 👍, g.m. dropped the ball, big time discontinuing the Saturn line! and even more, oldsmobile! hello, one of the first cars to come along! and Pan Am!
don't get me going!
cheers 🍾🍾🍾🏳️🌈
How is reliability on these?
What kind of radio do you have in your sky and do it have gps and other accessories
It's a Pioneer nex4200 and I use the Android auto feature for my GPS and maps (hooked up to my phone). I like it a lot.
I know I’ve told ya before but the ddm short shifter makes it shift so much better
Well worth the hundred dollars
As for the top
Well if the top is up
The car should be in the garage 😂🤣😂
But I understand about the leg room I’m 6ft 1 and have to have the seat back all the way too
But the headroom with the top up is very good so I will give them that
I love my Pontiac gxp
I will never sell it
It’s just to much fun
Keep up the great work on the videos
Merry Christmas
Yeah...yeah. I'm sure I'll get one some day, but I have a few other items I want to tackle first. However, if I start doing autocross, I may have to bump the short shifter up on my list :) You're right about the headroom. I was actually surprised about that. But I'm wondering if mine is pretty good since I have the adjustable seat which can be lowered.
I'm glad you like the videos. I appreciate you watching. And Merry Christmas to you too.
Mike Martin
My gxp has the electric seat also
But passenger does not and there’s tons of head roof over there also 😉
Well that's cool. I'm glad GM thought of our torsos. Need to put more effort into our leg room though :)
If he is complaining that its notchy i dont see how the ddm shofter will help. The throw on it is crazy short and super notchy. I have the ddm shifter but my shifter is raised about 2 inches. Works well for me like that but i dont think this guy will like it.
Mike, love the channel, thank you for all the amount of info, by the way what glasses are those?, love them! Rayban?
I agree. GT has same issues. I think the trunk is the most annoying thing.
Oh yeah. Especially when my wife and I go grocery shopping with it and she promises she's only getting a few small things. 1/2 shopping cart later, she's wearing toilet paper rolls on her lap...lol.
Have you driven a roadster? Im just curious how the kappa compared too it and all comparison I found were in German
Car company's should sell the line why cut it make money on it
I absolutely love my Sky ♥️ I've had her for about a year and couldn't imagine how I've lived so long without one in my life lol.
You want some cheese with that wine?
Complaining that Pontiac/Saturn are dead is not a legitimate complaint *about the car*.
put a luggage rack on the back end
fair enough
why don't you sell it
Ummm. Because I like it a lot. The video shows just a few quirks about it that I don't like. Not enough to make me sell it (unless someone wants to pay me more than what it's worth).
So basically, what you're saying it is 8/10 not 10/10.
Hope I answered your question 👌🏻
its not LS powered,your welcome................
If your console cover is broken, I may have a fix soon. hit me up on FB.
Just did. Curious to see what you got. DDM Works has a whole new piece, but I'm on the fence about getting one.
I’d be interested too but not sure how to find you on Facebook.
look for the page - "Shurr Things", I also have a group page for discussions under the same title.
Can't hear and understand you try doing this in your garage not in the car
You need to boost and tune that car
It's not a tubo like mine lol.
Well, if you've been following my channel, it is and I'm one tune away from it being finished. :) ruclips.net/video/_qNr11YZ8HE/видео.html
Well, a turbo isn't everything. They're not the be-all-end-all that people like you seem to make them out to be.
@@ApartmentKing66 in this particular case they are the sought after version. I no longer have mine. I sold it and bought an Alfa Romeo.
GM required by law to provide oem parts for 10 years.
I believe that's if they no longer make a specific car model. I'm not sure if that applies if they go out of business. But I could be wrong.
I like the Solstice better.
Absolutely 👍
It's very ugly though
All American car manufacturers make horrible, cheap interiors. The quality has not improved at all. If you want a good interior, buy a foreign car.
we are so spoiled, as a society.
This folk talks and talks and I cant hear sh#t man! Speak louder next time my friend.
The "little side flap things" on the convertible top is the 'sail'. Very similar to the BMW 630i convertible (car-images.bauersecure.com/wp-images/6074/560x315/00005f393d9a-e44d-4ad8-a.jpg.)
However, it is more correctly called the 'C' Pillar ('Sail' is a large 'C' pillar), a structural member, on sedans, hardtops & coupes.
