Domestic violence an ‘urgent priority’ for government

- Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger says domestic violence is an “urgent priority” for the government and has praised them for calling a National Cabinet meeting to address the issue.
An emergency National Cabinet meeting will take place on Wednesday in a bid to address the growing issue of domestic violence against women.
“It’s a shocking situation, it’s unbelievable - almost 30 women killed this year,” Mr Kroger told Sky News Australia.
“What is going on?
“Tomorrow’s meeting, thank goodness it’s being held - it’s an urgent priority for government, for the nation, for all of us, and it just continues.”

It appears that the more police involvement in domestic issues makes domestic violence offences worse.
What can we do about it? More police involvement in domestic issues, that'll fix the problem.

"almost 30 women killed this year," on another Sky clip it was 26 but then they said one woman is killed every 4 days" that does not add up to 26 its 365/4 = 91 per year WTF

Why dont you tell us the names of the 30 or 26 or 91 woman who were killed where do they live, do they have some outstanding common features or where do they fit in society who raised them what schools did they go to etc.
Why is everyone so afraid to say that this is not really a problem!

Depends if your a defence wife. Then your husband gets away with disabling you as the country needs him. They give him a good behaviour bond were others are jailed for less.
Took 3 years to have him charged so I know how ridiculas it us.
