    Push hands is possibly the most important training exercise I learned in my martial arts! It can be hard to describe how useful but it very much is. One of the benefits is learning to “feel” your opponent. Both literally and figuratively. When you are that close you are not going to be able to see everything your opponent is doing, so you must rely on other senses.

      Thank you, I 100% agree, Sifu Brian! It also helps teach you to say relaxed when in a pressured, stressful situation, it has always been a big part of my in-fighting and stand-up grappling!
