In the airport also you will get all these sim shops, but I think it will be costly in the airport. So better to get it from any 7eleven. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Will singtel sim easily work in indian 5g mobile handset? Should i carry my indian mobile with me ? I hope that singtel sim will easily work in my mobile(oppo F21)
During my visit, I had an android phone and the Singtel sim worked fine. So for your Realme phone also it will surely work. Not to worry. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Thank you Chandrasekhar for the appreciative comment. The sim cards are available in every small and big mobile or sim card shop across Singapore (like we get in India). And if you want to buy from the airport, then after taking your luggage from the belt, just come out and ask for the Singtel retail shop, they will guide you to the shop. And in the city area you can get sim in every 7eleven stores, Mustafa centre, sim lim tower, Chinatown or just get into any mall or shopping centre, you will surely get a few shops selling sim cards. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Yes voltage is 220ac only.. So you can use an Indian mobile charger... But the pin is flat type. So you need to carry a travel adapter or arrange one there.. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Hi😊. One question. For klook payment can I use my regular credit card? Is it treated as international transaction and markup fee is charged? I got niyo global debit card but it's not working for klook payment. So I guess I have to pay by regular credit card.
Yes, in Klook I paid with a basic Indian debit card, and it worked for me.. Only thing is they will deduct an additional international transaction fee which was approximately 50 to 100 rupees for me I think.
No idea brother.. just call their customer service and see.. Instantly they will solve it. It should work, there must be some small glitch.. maybe international online transactions are blocked for safety reasons...
If you mainly need some data for your basic requirements, then you can go for the 4G sim with 14 days validity, which will cost you 12SGD (Rs. 546 in offer at pelago website). It comes with 100 GB local data and additional 3GB international roaming data for your use in Malaysia. Thank you 😊👍
im intersted in 14SGD m1 SIM ... is esim option available for this plan also ? or only 12 sgd plan has esim ? plz guide... i have malaysia also, this pack has 100gb for both SG and MY
Hi Shivin/Taksh, The e-sim is available only in 12 SGD plans. One more thing, you can prebook these things from portal like Klook, where sometime you really get a good discounted deal. Thank you 😊👍
At a time the same card cannot be used for multiple entries. It's valid for one entry per card. So you need separate ez cards for each person. Whereas one ez card can be used by multiple persons, if they are not travelling at the Same time. Hope you got the concept of these cards. It's just like the metro cards we generally use in Delhi or Chennai metros. Thank you ☺️👍
From any 7-eleven shop you can get a cheaper sim plan, or from airport also you can pre-book online and get it picked up on arrival, or if you are staying in little India or some prominent area, then there are many mobile/electronic shops all around where you can easily get a sim (similar to we get in India). Thank you 😊👍🏼
Yes Pooja, It works as normal sim card (similar like we use in India). So you can turn on the hotspot for using internet in your other phones. Thank you.
Yes Mugdha, if you want to activate international roaming, it will work in Singapore, but cost wise it will be a bit on the higher side compared to local sim purchase. Thank you 😊👍
This card also acts like a normal ez-link card and all the rules of a normal ez card is applicable to this card also. So like the normal card refund process you can get the refund for this card also in any translink counter. Thank you, 😊👍🏼
Data daly basis par nahi milega. Wo Full data hai jo ek saath mil jayega. Aab aap par depend karta hai ki aap us data ko kaise use karte hai. Aap chahe to do din me pura data khatam kar sakte hai ya fir thoda thoda karke tab tak chala sakte hai jab tak plan ki validity hai. Thank you ☺️✌️👍
Do u know how to top up FREE $3 EZ-Link value for MRT/public bus rides that comes with $15 hi!Tourist 2-in-1 SIM Card? Is this Ez link card separate from SIM or within Sim?
Hi Vishal, The 3 SGD amount is already pre-loaded in the card. You don't have to do any top up. Just after getting the sim you can directly use the amount for your MRT or bus travel in Singapore. Coming to your second question, No, the EZ-Link card is not separate. After detaching the sim from the card slot, the remaining part of the card casing is only your EZ-link card. So remember not to thorough the outer casing after taking the sim out from it. Thank you :-)
Ok, for the top up you will have card top up machines in every MRT station. So you just have to put your card there and top up by swiping debit/credit/forex Card or by inserting cash into the machine. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Hello Sukdeep ji, Yes you can get Singtel sim in airport itself. There's a Singtel retail shop at airport. Just after clearing immigration and taking out your luggage from belt, come out of that area and ask in the help desk area for Singtel store. They will guide you. And there is a small kiosk (temporary stall) also near the help desk point. But if you want a Singtel sim, then i suggest to book it online and just get the activated sim picked up instantly from airport area. Thus you you will get best value for sim purchase. Thank you 😊👍🏼
For international transactions you can always use Forex cards provided by various banks as well as other financial services. Debit cards will attract high international transaction charges. Thank you 😊👍🏼
Not sure why the "Book Now" option is currently not available in the online purchase portal of Singtel for only this card. I am sure it's not discontinued. Just check it after some days if available, or just from the Singtel store in Changi get it on the spot by paying directly in the store. Thank you 😊👍🏼

Yes Mugdha, if you want to activate international roaming, it will work in Singapore, but cost wise it will be a bit on the higher side compared to local sim purchase.

After veliditi expired are the sim will off..?
You can top-up the card. But if you don't do so, then I think it expires after 120 days from the day it became inactive.
Thank you 😊👍🏼
Hi, is 2 in 1 singtel sim is still available as i am not able to see it on its website
Recently I searched for the same, but i didn't find it on their website.

In 7 eleven you will get card swiping machines. So you can use either cash or card. Both are accepted.
