Thank you so much, Professor. The other day I had a presentation. I knew everything but the concept of SNPChip. There are two BeadChips for soybean as developed by Illumina. One is SNP6K and the other one was soyNAM50K bead chip. In this case, the frameworks of 6K bead chip was used for the soyNAM50K bead chip and over 42000 SNPs were detected. Although this is very technical and do not know the mechanism behind it, but your tutorial really made me understand the overall idea of genome sequences. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it..

Thankyou sir your series is life saver for those students who are Biginner in this field you started genomics with basics its the most important point of your channel Thanks again 😇

Thanks so much. I am a data scientist researcher mostly develop machine learning models. I have got a chance to play with the SNP data. Your videos are very helpful to me as I previously have no knowledge about the bioinformatics. Keep it up.

I'm totally new on genomics stuff and I need to know that to complete my PhD. Thank you very much, your videos are being a life-saver for me! Specially, please, keep on going with the series about the theoretical stuff, I'm learning several things with that because your explanations are really very good! Also, can you recommend a book on that subject for beginers? Thanks again!

I am glad that you like it! This series is (will be) the RUclips version I feel it is important to know about the subject. There might be a book out there, but I did not find it so far. So I condensed what I know about the subject to these lectures, and decided to share.

hello sir, you are doing a very good job, these explainations are so good with nice methods, just i suggest in this serie, to give us how can we deal with the raw data step by step. Thank so much

Thanks! Yes, this is planned. For the very beginning there is the "Genomic data analysis for beginners" playlist, and also the one with "data wrangling". Others are added with time

    Hello!
Will this series help me to set up a base for studying genomics for masters level at Wageningen University and Research?

Hi, it provides a basic understanding of genomics and SNP data use. So I would say yes. But do not rely solely on this resource.
