Glad u liked it ❤️ Next day it will be more tastier, generally Rasmalai give more flavour if its 2-3 days old. Keep prepared glass or box in freeze and u can easily prepare 1-2 days in advance, tres leches cakes are always lil soggy bcoz we soak them in milk

Cornflour is important in some of eggless recipe to give structure, its ur wish to follow mine or others but for my recipe cornflour is important

I tried your recipe after chilling cake become so hard and taste like a flour and I measured all the ingredients in my recipe.
This happened when u add hot syrup in hot cake or anything either cake or rasmalai/milk is hot
