I think it gets around stairs by taking out all the load bearing beams, then just waits around nonchalantly for everyone to come to it :)

Will and Norm have both been doing a great job interviewing at this years Maker Faire. No interrupting the interviewee and no presuming to have the same knowledge as the interviewee (we all like to pretend we know more than we do, and this has been commented on in previous videos when working with Adam). Just a good informative interview asking all the right questions, good work guys.
There's no goddamn way people are going to be making replicas from the RoboCop remake in 30 years. In 20 years, when RoboCop is 50, people will still love it. 10 years from now people won't even remember there was a remake.

That's pretty much been my attitude ever since i was 20 and people kept telling me i couldn't build (whatever), or it wouldn't work. I can build you a full-size Millenium Falcon if you can afford it...but not the starship Enterprise...lol.

There is another guy in England. Who build a large ATAT Walker, & a Tie Fighter..

If I was rich and had one of those big houses you see on cribs,I would have this in my massive hallway with Ed facing my front double doors!!

No words can say how fucking awesome that really is.
Wow, accidentally found this vid here BUT funny enough that I happened to see that ED209 in-person at a Maker Faire in San Mateo, CA or Burlingame, CA some years ago along with meeting the maker in this video. The ED209 was by far the most unsuspecting surprise and by far one of the overall coolest ANYTHING I've ever witnessed up front. If I had good money, I'd turn that ED209 into the ultimate solar panel and set that shit on my rooftop!

I'm pretty sure in the same year, at toys-R-us, I saw that ed209 and the powerloader w/ Ripley from aliens on the same shelves.
Some college kids actually made a life-size replica PowerLoader suit out of foam and set it up in the parking lot, James Cameron thought it was awesome! Later they took it to a huge halloween party downtown and walked around in it. Mostly foam and PVC but it looked perfect.
Way cool he's my fav To!! Gutted about the new film tho me and my family had to watch the first one strait after to wash the new one from our minds!! A scaled up rd sound box would work nice in thieves his Sounds are awsome and is far from complete without them!!
That ed- 209 would look great in my basement i have a few life size figures but I definitely don't have a ed -209 and i don't know if I could find one that big and one that looks that amazing
