You and me both lol! Personally I'm more of a ranch home fan which is far less popular, but I do absolutely love modern/industrial farmhouse design.

what's this specific property priced at?

So last I checked this property was fully priced out at around 1.2 Million, however that was many months ago so I imagine fully built it would be more now. That said though as with any builder these days, their base or starting price means very little, once accounting for just the lots in this community your already over 700k and the base price of the home is always far less "dressed up" than models. To mitigate the frustration of home buyers moving forward I have made many adjustments with my videos to come, where information like this will be more readily available and updated as frequently as I can. I am currently redoing all of my model tours from 2022 to fix the price concern as well as encourage new construction buyers to connect with me before visiting any builder to properly plan and ensure they aren't left without representation throughout the process. Builders are notoriously shady when dealing with buyer's who want to work with an agent after the buyer already visited a builder. It's not fair to buyers and in the ladder half of 2022 I had 12 would be clients reach out that couldn't get an agent for their purchase because they already visited a builder. So long story short I am working on getting these issues resolved to make sure I can provide as much transparency and assistance as possible. Let me know if you have any other questions, and thanks for the comment!
