- In a twist of fate, I was horrified I might have accidentally end my genocide route in Undertale Yellow? 😨 Unintended mercy? Axis dialogue was very confusing lol

I myself lost a geno route to axis, just because forgor to kill all robots(till "but no one came"), it is this easy to lose geno route to axis due to no evident events to show you that you are not(in aborted you tire him out and kill, unstead of annihilating him) Sadge
Yea, like after I talk to someone in the game (like Flowey) or some event happens, I look over to make sure it's in the genocide route. But as you say, not a whole lot of that in this level.
Axis sais he could only save a few mainly becauce it saved the Gardener (you can see how Axis tells the Gardener to hide)
ok ok. I went and fought axis on aborted to go and test. Was definetly aborted cuz i got the whole "missed a few" dialogue and can say for certain that *the flavour text in both fights are identical* theres no aborted only flavour text and no geno only flavour text. Also "axis model 014 ready to defend" will always be the first line.

It could either be an error because you accidentally touched something in the file (you said it had regular dialogue before you went back) or it might just be that the dialogue pool is shared between the Geno and AGeno except there is some Geno exclusive ones
I didn't edit the file, I just had it open to demonstrate that the file what the file was showing. You might be right about shared dialogue 🤔
I lost my geno because, the bots arnt living and dont give xp and flowey said they arnt important so i assumed i didn't need to kill them all. So i ruined my run

if you do geno until the steamworks he will always havea trash lid
the only way he doesnt have one is if you spare a dunes resident
The game may have got confused and used abortgeno text,i know the game gets confused (or used to idk if fixed) when you talk to Ceroba and the game would use half of dialogue from the next room and the other half in the room you were in.
I haven't witnessed that but damn, that's weird. I wonder if this is what that is.

@@IcySuccess I tried to use FIGHT over and over again to see what happens, but i still got aborted genocide
@@IcySuccess I decided to just accept it and play Neutral instead
yeah i done this man i couldnt really get into my files and all but you messed up your run just like all the other places you need to get "but nobody came" and after you pass the green computer you cant go back and kill the other robots so you need to change your file some how or just reset and do the whole run again
edit: also right after axis your lv should be 19

Yea either someone edited it, or it was written wrong. Either way, the wiki was definitely the cause of my confusion.
Did you get the “but nobody came” message in steam works?
I did, but then I got "aborted" genocide dialogue. During the fight, and had no clue if I missed some areas. So I was confused haha
@@IcySuccess i see what you did wrong. you forgot to do the part where you steal mo's money. its in the part before axis over the lava stuff. one turn before getting to the destination go up and you should be good. i also made this same mistake costing me my run.
I think I still have it. My save file still shows a value of 1 for GenoComplete in this level
@@superjack24a I watched a friend of mine stream a geno run, they met Mo but didn't steal his money, they still got the full genocide route. So either Mo is totally optional, or at least stealing from him is optional.
