Doing this glitch with Luigi in the U.S version has different color palettes also the color palettes are more interesting in the U.S version, especially powerup state 4

Hi Mr Toaster! In fact, PS 64-66, PS 128-130 and PS 192-194 all ressemble original small Luigi, the same for Mario. It is the beginning of each cycle... Thanks for the comment!

Powerup state 4 For Luigi isn't very exciting.

I guess like Powerup State 4 of Mario (so-called Halloween Mario). For sure, you need much higher PS value to see interesting stuff. Cheers!
