Cool watch, but very uninspired, jumping on the integrated bracelet sportswatch bandwagon and not taking any risks. And the price point is just ridiculous. I see nothing here that justifies it. Oh, it will sell, but not for the "savvy collector" as they put it, but for the clueless with more money than knowledge of watches.

Glad to see LV stepping up their watches, but I don't feel it's worth the asking price. It's 7x more than their prior watches, and too much to ask for when other options in this price range are by far better. Maybe if it was 1/2 the price they're asking, then I could see this into more collections.

Great move by LV but at the end of the day, we need to remember that LV is a high-end name. It's going to cost you to own a piece of that brand. The watch is a fantastic departure from the past Tambour, I enjoyed the previous models, but they were too chunky and the tambour shape sat fat on the wrist.

It's not quite there for me, the dial is a bit claustrophobic and cramped, in my opinion.
The case is really cool though, looks almost like slightly melted metal resting on your wrist.

fair enough, but the point of this move is moving away from fashion. in a serious way

It seems rather uninspired, boring, and with Parmigiani Tonda for just a thousand dollars more, seems like a tall order. I am growing increasingly tired of these rave reviews that are merely out to sell watches. Cmon Time and Tide, you can be better than this!

I think you missed the pount this is a mjorly good move away from fashion for LV. Getting serious about thier timepieces the way Bulgari did way back. And look at them now.

@@travsmac I shoot loads of watches. Loads. I know when I see something good and I only defend my opinion when it’s mine alone. If you can’t believe that statement then that’s on you.

@@marcusflack1523 What’s to defend? If someone doesn’t like the watch, it’s not a personal attack on you. Yet one hour in to the video’s release, you’ve commented everywhere as if it is. Just an observation that reeks of bias.
