First card ever owned was, yup, Relinquished from Starter Deck Pegasus. It's all bent and frayed on the edges but I wouldn't ever bear to part with it. I even used it in a tournament recently. That's my special card.
I got one of the yugi starter deck and one of the big tins, i cant remember the tin but it had a bunch of cards. Also really hope they print haloctie for the tcg, its one of my most precious cards
my very first card was between the OG Japanese Dark Witch (that was more uncensored, before we knew it) and Dark Magician Girl Japanese card when it shown her whole body.
my older brother and i were obsessed with the yugioh show when we were kids. one year for christmas we got the yugi/kaiba started decks and we mustve played all day. such a great memory

I won a store championship using a relinquished ritual deck. In the middle of the season thousand eyes restric was released. I have my mellinum puzzel to prove it
Very first card I owned? Petit Moth. I am not kidding lol. My friend gave me a stack of commons, and that was the first card I remember being on top of the stack. After that I believe I got the Yugi Starter Deck, 3x Pegasus Starter Deck, and the rest is history 😄
I honestly cannot remember the first cards I got. It was definitely a structure deck but I got a lot of the different structure decks as a kid. My brother loved BEWD and I would just wait until I had all the cards I needed and let him throw down his BEWD then I'd throw out my Relinquished. Gg. He hated Relinquished and now that I have seen this video, I think I have to go out and get some of this cards
Hey Dark! I have absolutely no idea about competitive yu gi oh but I’m very curious as how you would rank the strength of this deck in a competitive setting. Would you mind giving my a X/10 in a local tournament and something like a regional/national tournament respectively? It would be greatly appreciated!
Relinquished is my favorite card. I'm just returning to the game after 10 years and I'm trying to play old favorites, but everything is too different. Some games would be nice to see the deck in action.

iv got one too, and yep, super old and beat up by young me, but its such a good looking card to me.
My first was the original Red Dragon Archfiend, still got it to this day.
It's only a matter of time before we get something like "Illusion-Eyes Restrict"

Dark magician was my first card. Absolutely loved my yugi starter deck when I was a kid. Very cool relinquished deck btw!!

Dark ruler Ha Des was my first ever boss monster. The closest I could get to using him was in a zombie synchro deck by using his zombie version 😅
In my variant I included "Soul Levy", to fill the opponent's graveyard at the right time.
