This is great. It would help if we had an explainer on the Inference configuration settings, with live sample on how they affect the output/response and pricing.

Thank you. Could you create a video explaining pros and cons of each model, please? (I mean, is that even possible? I don't know.) Like strong point of certain model for handling certain kind of prompt and etc. The reason why is that now I look at the amazon pricing for bedrock, I'm not sure if I should simply choose the cheapest one, or not.

I'm trying to understanding the pricing structure for running these models - initial research shows it's going to be prohibitive to roll out to the entire organization.

This is the nth video I watched and it seems everyone is glossing over the issues that arise with Bedrock permissions. Granted I am newish to AWS in general so maybe these channels assume that most of the viewers know about requisite permission setup and that is why it is never mentioned in the videos? That said I have set up an IAM user account that belongs to a Group that has a policy attached that affords full access permissions for Bedrock and a number of other services but despite this I continue to get an Operation Not allowed error when attempting to get access to a model as basic as the LLama 7B. Created and deleted multiple accounts to ensure I was not making mistakes, changed the region, tried different browsers, disabled firewalls etc., tried almost every model to see if I could get access without the error but nothing works. I sent a customer support message through but still waiting to hear back. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions. Thanks in advance

Nice work Mike, really enjoyed that tutorial- one ask, as you’re describing these new tools could you also allude to how you incur costs, I imagine there is some free usage for experimentation but would be good to know how you pay for the services.. cheers Nic

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the tutorial, Mike. For information on Amazon Bedrock Pricing, check out: go.aws/47OscvY. Towards the bottom of the page you'll find pricing examples, which may prove to be helpful. ^AM

We need some information on the pricing. Some channels are saying it’s 20 dollars an hour to use which is kind of insane.
