Doesn’t strobe like they say it will!!
Latching on is doable. I have had other lights that were smart enough to stay lit after it detected both left/right circuits on, even with one flashing. It then should release and turn off when only both circuits are shut off. Also, the wide open exposed circuit board from the inside behind the light, is the board coated to prevent corrosion?
Just recieved mine. I think the site is not updated since I ordered the old one from the site but got the new one. If i may ask can I add a brake light strobe module to this one and how???

I just got mine (15LED) on my 2013 toyota 4runner, the problem is the wiring its not long enough barely reach 4pin plug. Wire is strecthed and wire is visible that there is no way to hide it, Now I have to order a extension! You guys could have add more a foot for flexibility.
marjomjom I’ve towed with 4runners before and Toyota definitely made that plug too far back, I always have to use an extension every time I plug something into a 4Runner (5th gen)
I ordered the one with strobe , this does not have it. Sending back

Well you made an effort. However, you didn't even make the circuit "latch on" while signals are engaged with brakes. Guess what that does? Flashes inverted to the signal on the vehicle in my case. Would've been great if it didn't flash at all. Could have been achievable by circuitry which detects when left/right is engaged, then stay on when only one of the two circuits turns off for signalling. It's not smart enough to latch on and stay lit. I don't want a light to flash in the center of my vehicle. Your upgraded light is getting tossed. Again, I do appreciate the effort.

I like the smoke lens idea but your item is getting horrible reviews on Amazon. This vid kind of indicates you have had to make a lot of improvements/changes while other brands still the same . I would be pissed if I had bought the earlier version with flaws. Sorry, try again.
