i understand mean w/ outlier is 50 devided by eight, however...... i expected mean w/o outlier to be 33 devided by six instead of five (after removing "17" & "0"). can you please explain that so i can understand.

I am not completely sure I understand your question, but I will give it my best shot. An outlier will always affect the mean. It will not affect the mode, and it might affect the mean. I hope this helps.
