I notice that you are constantly switching up products on your skin. Yet I have heard that switching skincare routines frequently can be stressful to skin. Was that just a myth? Sounds like it. Maybe do a segment on debunking skincare myths - which old advice about skincare is true, and which is false? Examples: Does hot water open pores? Does cold water close pores? Does alcohol applied topically damage skin? Does changing skincare routines frequently cause stress on skin? Does drinking alcohol cause more wrinkles? Smoking? Do you need to wait 30 minutes after applying sunscreen to go outside? Do cats spread ringworm? Can wearing flip flops in the shower at a gym prevent athlete's foot? Do mud masks actually draw anything out of pores? Will sleeping in makeup really age you twice as fast? Probably a lot of others I can't think of right now.
