That's hours and minutes left on the battery at that load. You can get carried away watching it recalculate. When the screen goes bright dim bright, there is charge flowing back into the battery and it will tell you in hours and minutes how long it will take to get the battery back to 100%. It is reasonably accurate. On my 24 volt system, the Renogy voltmeter shows 0.3 volts too low at all times as compared to readings from a Fluke multimeter. No big deal as the percent charge and the time left are the important items.
