Went there and loved every song as a 21 year old. Grew up with 80s music around the house from my parents and the human league sound the same as what they did 40 years ago

Sounds like a karaoke show - that last track was mercifully cut off. On the positive side the shows appear to have made a lot of people happy. Sadly all the musical and production talent has departed - RIP Martin Rushent.
It’s a synth band. How do you suggest they make synths sound more ‘organic’? Guitars, basses & drums are susceptible to idiosyncrasies, not so with synths. Oakeys voice is impeccable as ever. Learn to differentiate between professionalism & ‘karaoke’.
@@pablobrad100 The album Dare would always be difficult to replicate live. Listening to this live rendition makes me appreciate Martin Rushent (RIP) and the musicians who made the band sound so good on record. P.S. The definition of karaoke is 'empty orchestra' which makes it even more apt.
Sounds ok through speakers not headphones

I was there, it was fantastic! Thanks so much for posting - nice to get a better look at Joanne, as my seat was on Susan's side :)

Good advert for Sheffield. His voice is still good so underrated and They are very nice down to earth people . Happy Christmas x
I saw the concert in Manchester and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I was particularly pleased that they performed 'Life On Your Own' and 'Louise'.
Saw these in 2004 and 2012 at Preston guildhall, Even then they were classed as retro 🕺🕺💃💃
See human league in Birmingham brilliant fantastic. Just sound like the record love them..xx❤❤💙
Was there and the whole show was fabulous, thanks for uploading
@@lostinmusik You're welcome
Unfortunately these videos never capture the great atmosphere of the night. Fantastic gig and the support acts added value
They are and still is a fab band but really wish they would put out new material!!
Watched them at Bournemouth BIC last week. Fantastic gig. Epic.
great gig :-)
He still got it. Sounds great.
All in fine voice
Phil has no problems of lower the
Song key due to age. He was always a growler!
Part of my musical education, Being Boiled hammered on the college jukebox...
Why didn't they sing " Human " my favourite song...
With the greatest respect to the girls….i would have dropped one of their song and put “Human “ in their set love that song
Yes that’s my favourite song as well they could have dropped a few other less well known songs on the night
