i tried holy locket but didn't like it as much as i loved other aura items like Greaves, crimson guard, solar, pipe etc. Witch doctor doesn't have mana issues after arcane boots and lv 10 talent so meteor isn't looking so good, reason: there are better items available.
as a WD pos 5 because restoration is a big aoe I find my lane often pushes, I wonder if it is worth keeping the large camp open rather than blocking it so that I can use that to pull as well. What are your thoughts @ahsan. To me it feels a bit similar to warlock fatal bonds where you are so strong you want to push pull and pressure when they contest pulling but maybe I'm not understanding properly or am not playing against good enough opponents to punish me for doing this so far. Also for anyone looking for a hero to counter WD, I got absolutely owned by a clockwerk who just used cogs to burn away all my mana so I couldnt restoration. Something fun to consider :)
Clockwerk is really easy to deal with. you need to hit the same cogs with your teammate and simply walk out of cogs, there's no need to panic and run left right. By the time clock will walk out of cogs you'll destroy 1 and walk out as well. It is totally fine if the lane is getting pushed by voodoo restoration. There's a downside to pulling hard camp as position 5, when you're going to pull hard camp, your core will bring the enemy's wave close to your tower and enemy team will easily farm your wave and the hard camp too so they'll get more value out of it while staying close to their tower. It is better to pull small camp when the lane is pushed ( half pull if single camp, full pull if small camp is stacked ). You can leave hard camp open but for that your core needs to understand that he can't let the enemy team farm the hard camp uncontested which is really hard to communicate so blocking feels much easier xd

3:50 the better blood granade combo would be to throw granade after maledict to deal extrea dmg impact during maledict. Exemple 2 the enemy walks up to last hit and you go maledict -rightclick- bg- rightclick- vr. You just need to make sure you hit your maledict
you're right but just to make sure you don't miss the maledict it's better to use blood grenade to slow enemy to reduce the chances of missing maledict.
Oracle is a good hero against witch doctor in mid-late game but problem is even oracle can't deal with wd in lane. A good wd will win lane, farm jungle, get quick items and snowball fights pretty hard. WD basically starts scaling since the start of the game, because of item choices (aura items) and hero's ability to not die too quicky (shard, aura items, heal) makes him really great.

if you're getting early kills then you should rush urn just for the damage. If you make urn in a game when you're not getting kills there's a possibility of your hero falling off in the beginning of mid game.
The item fell off Hardly,and as a WD u always want to have as much deffensive support items as possible,because your hero always have damage as long as u have levels.
My build was fcking greedy I would most of the time go for eternal shroud glimmer shard. My thought was make myself tanky so I can help team tank now I can juz go for aura item hahaha

Zquixotic is an example of a dota youtuber who still has concrete topics and titles which makes it wasier to browse and find what i want. It might get less views than clickbait, idk, but it would make me more likely to come back to your videos regularlu

Its damage optimal but really no practical,Maledict have mid AoE and mid cast animation.Is easy to see it coming.
What abaut Oracle? Dont often have Problems against a wd when i play Oracle...

Does double tapping blink have same effect after using shard?
When you double tab blink your hero blink towards your fountain/base, if that is in opposite direction there will be hero turn delay.
Do you recommend getting urn/vessel on the hero for damage?
