If you look just below your temperature you'll see your average mpg. That is what you look at not the one that jumps up and down.

Yeah, I was just trying to see the mpg at the moment, it is getting decent over all mpg. My biggest gripe about the fuel or fuel economy... Is the small gas tank. On one hand, it doesn't take much to fill up.. but the other side, I have to gas up every couple of days.

I used to drive in automatic mode only and sometimes in sport whic& is fine but then l learned to use the stick and now drive mostly on stick. It is so much fun. Keep in mind though that that gears 7 thru 9 are overdrive gears meant for economy so now I drive stick using mostly gears 1 thru 6. I do use gear 7 when the road is clear. I very seldom downshift manually unless absolutely necessary. The trans does the downshifting even in manual mode especially when slowing down for the intersection to make a left or right turn. Then you upshift from there. The 9 speed tranny is great. I love it. Driving like this increases the fuel consumption just a little bit but totally worth it because l get rewarded with great driving pleasure.
