Genius work......the most underrated AOR guy I have ever heard. Somehow, i feel if this was re-released today, it would be a hot summer tune cruising down the streets with the top down!
I absolutely love this song and Someone Like You. I am so glad I was able to purchase this CD when it came out. These two songs are two of my favourite love songs. Stan Meissner = brilliant writer.
Beverly, this song and Someone Like You are also my favorites on this CD also.. I remember buying this CD at HMV back when this song was getting airplay on the local Canadian radio station. Beverly, where in Canada are you?
I used to have this video on VHS. This instruments were performed completely by computer-aided/synthesizer technology. It's from 1993. He's a great Canadian artist.
Siona Doyle-McLaughlin, I remember when this tune was aired in late 1992 by Much Music, the video was very well done with a cinematic touch, strangely nobody has been able to find it nor upload it here. An outstanding writer, composer and musician.
Edit: to add Glen Burtnik name. This was written by Stan Meissner and another guy (sorry forgot his name). His name is Glen Burtnik. This is the original. Benjamin Orr did a cover of it. Apparently Stan was thrilled that Orr did a version of his original.

I can hear Benjamin Orr singin' this brilliant song. For some reasons it reminds me Foreigner's "Until the End of Time".
