In the anime Beelzemon gets green eyes after his redemption with the little kids. That's when Ai handles him the toy gun and he gets Blast mode. However, that doesn't mean that Blast mode always has green eyes, it's a sign of his psychological evolution: leaving evil behind, and a manifestation of his will to help the Tamers. @@gdash1996

Not in the vicious first mode, he doesn't. Only after he is sort of purified and wishes to redeem himself that he gets green eyes.

Also, Impmon does also have green eyes. This change symbolizes that he's "himself" again, not the fiery devil Tamers confronted.
Techinically speaking, you're right. Blast mode profile states its eyes are green.
