My fat around the middle is under my breasts much more than my lower stomach. I have been diagnosed with insulin resistance and prediabetes. I have lost about 20 pounds but have not noticed any loss of the upper stomach. I don't drink any of the things you mentioned in this video. Do you have idea why this is?
The data is mixed on the artificial sweeteners in diet soda. Definitely not as bad as fructose in terms of leading to visceral fat, but there are other “debatable” downsides. Do with that information what you will 😅
This is I would say a huge issue with most....you can start to eat the right things but ruin the process with these things mentioned

I heard infrared sauna is good. You can get blanket tents or bigger tent you can get inside of completely.

High cortisol? Perimenopause? Try infrared sauna for visceral fat loss maybe. Or look into it. Do you eat many carbs?

i dont drink alcohol nor pop nor fruit juice. I still cant lose weight around mid section, i have being doing keto for 5 and a half years

Hormones impact this also, like high cortisol and perimenopause hormonal changes, etc. i heard infrared sauna is good for belly fat.
