There's another solution to the riddle posed, that doesn't involve conservation of momentum, except in that force is applied. If clothed, one can use anything from an aglet to a belt buckle to carve a small hole in the ice which can be used to pull yourself in the direction of the shore.
Also, per the parameters of the riddle, the ice is frictionless, but the medium you and the ice are in (the air) is not. Against wind resistance, one can assume that you'd be capable of providing less force than any wind. However with a tail wind or in a still atmosphere; the greater resistance of the air would allow for some velocity to be gained on frictionless ice,allowing for movement towards the shore.

1. I get it that Mario punches bricks, and doesn't headbutt them. I missed.
2. I didn't consider going to a different planet for a change in surface gravity because momentum doesn't depend on gravity, nor did I assume a thicker atmosphere because other's have done that. So I went the weird route.
3. To be clear, both options would probably rip a limb off, but throwing clothes away from you is much more plausible because of the mass increase and velocity decrease.

In One Piece, Sanji learned the "Sky Walk" where he pushes the air below his feet to accelerate upward. Considering he can provide a lot of energy mid-air, what would be the speed of one of his foot to "fly" ?
Making major approximations ( foot area, 60kg, etc) Something around 100m/s ( 1/3 or the speed of sound). It's around 360km/h or 200mph.

Sky Walk works by kicking the air 10 times in a row in just a moment (a second I guess?), so what would the math be when taking into consideration the 10 kick combo? Would it lessen the required speed, or increase it?
Don't know the math to know the velocity or acceleration this would do, but by giving 10 kicks in one second, saying he needs to move his foot 70cm for one kick... The speed of his foot is something around 14m/s, although, one second is waaay too much time, probably 100 milliseconds is more realistic. His feet moves at 140m/s.

In gymnastics/tumbling we kinda do get a double jump. Not from throwing your feet down but by driving your knees up. When timed correctly this actually allows your hips and shoulders to get higher than a normal jump.

In Super Mario Galaxy, a double jump (and triple jump) is the same thing as the Triple Jump in the Olympics-- you jump again as soon as you hit the ground. Each jump is higher than the previous one. (You have to start again after three.) That's much more practical (and fun) in real life!

Why does it have to be the clothes?
you just carry a heavy object when you make the jump, and throw it down into the air, make the double jump, and keep your clothes.
If you want carry heavy objects so you have to throw them at lesser speed you will have to carry objects with such mass with which you cant jump at all.
0:31 you say that at the apex of the jump the character jumps again. however, true video gamers know that there are TWO type of double jumpers; there are the ones that jump at the apex, and the ones that jump the second time towards the bottom of the first jump. duh.

If anything, jumping at the end of the first jump is much harder since you have to provide enough force to do the second jump as well as counter the downwards acceleration from gravity. Where as if you jump at the apex of the first jump, you haven't started accelerating downwards yet.
Boneless Animal It’s not acting smart if what he’s saying is actually true. I’m actually an example of this, because I spam the jump button in just about every fighting game with double jump: jump at the bottom of the first jump. Granted, it’s a little garbage, but still.

If u look closely, Mario if actually punching the bricks when he jumps. He sticks up his arm/fist every time he jumps, so he's not really head butting the bricks.

Aleirhk Metha you really put a lot of thought into the idea of naked flash's balls.
Some characters have more practical means of achieving the second "jump." Jump's in quotation marks because they use things like wings, jets, and explosions to do it.

One thing about the air mass:
The amount of mass depends on pressure, how much air is between you and the ground, base elevation, among other factors. Fact is, multi-jumping is not impossible, but using just air to push upward is kinda dumb if I'm to be honest, since there's the post-jump fall that is inevitable, and unless you've something you're jumping up to, that will catch the majority of your fall, your 'friend' terminal velocity is going to come and give ya a wedgie in the form of splatting the ground.
I perform multi-jumps in my athletics training, but I do not use air pockets, I use minimally interactive objects and keep myself in motion, thus also not transferring kinetic energy as much. Yeah, it's a very risky prospect because ONE WRONG MOVE AND I CAN EASILY CAUSE MYSELF SOME VERY SERIOUS HARM. I remember going from wall jump-climbing (ascending wall jumps in quick succession), to a wall-hang flip, and I ended up slamming my back against the wall. I was still getting used to very technical jumping techniques so I hadn't quite the skill in canceling inertia at the time, so I did a number on myself, my grip slipped, and in a very short amount of time, I injured myself in the exact same place twice. Not a good training session. I was down, and out, having to crawl back to the campus for aid. It sucked, no two ways about it. I also was spewing vulgarities at my ineptitude like a seafaring fool.
I did get the hang of the technique eventually though, so this did end well.

When you see someone lift their legs quickly while mid-jump, they are basically giving themself a little boost.
I had a classmate in highschool that could almost double jump. To be precise, he didn't jump twice but got an extra inch from the apex of his jump. He did it by running then jump and when he was about to hit the apex, he flicked his feet (knee bent after jumping) then would get more air time + an additional 1 inch. I tried to copy him but I guess I was heavier so I couldn't.
I find it funny that you used Mario as an example of double jumping, despite the fact that he’s never used a traditional double jump except in the Super Smash Bros franchise.
A traditional double jump, in this case, mind you, is a regular jump followed by a regular jump, while the main Mario series usually uses some sort of gliding or flying system (SMB3’s Power Leaf, SMW’s Power Feather, SM64’s Wing Cap, and New SMB Wii’s Propeller Mushroom, to name a few).

5:26 I guess the game "Unbox: Newbie's Adventure"'s double jump makes sense, since you drop part of the box.
Or in Terraria, where you need a special item called Cloud In A Bottle in order to double jump.
The idea seems to be that your character releases a part of the highly compressed cloud to gain an extra boost. However, there are also other items with similar function, namely the Sandstorm, Blizzard and Tsunami In A Bottle.
Also, when you get a Whoopee Cushion and combine it with any of these items, the effect doesn´t change, but you propel yourself upwards with a light green cloud and a very funny noise. :)

That's why I like video games that explain the double jump with items you need to get. Like say a character having special boots or a jetpack for extra boost. Hollow Knight is is really good example with the Monarch Wings

I mean if you have the technology to kill any given human, then adding the notebook functionality (which requires knowing their name and face, as well as writting on paper from the book) would just reduce your capabilities.

I mean I guess you could have a camera looking at the notebook and interpreting your writing, but a notebook is just fundamentally probably not the best input device for this tech. Also if you were clever enough to create the tech to kill anyone in the first place then you're not going to limit yourself to only being able to use a notebook to activate your kill switch.
TLDR: if you have the tech/logistics to kill anyone you want then what the hell is the point of the notebook? It's just totally secondary.

Sure they would be one solution among many (genetically engineered diseases would similarly work) and you would then set up a server likely connected to a few satellites that sends a signal to turn on a particular person's kill switch.
However once you've built something like that, uh what the hell is the point of the notebook as opposed to just sending the kill request to your server using your phone or something? and even worse why would you deliberately put limitations on it that require you know people's names and faces?
Of course once you had this sort of system setup you could also do some pretty great things with it like use the data to suss out the genetic basis for nearly any trait. Then if you're using a retrovirus just have it give everyone the best overall genes, eliminating genetic diseases and ensuring any new people born are all world class geniuses and athletes who're predisposed to be highly altruistic.

Hey I got a question, what if you're falling from any kind of height then you have an object with you for example a table, would you slow down your decent if you jump upward from the table on the minute you impact the ground?
So now theoretically we can double jump, but some games have a triple jump, so how would a naked flying person who just double jumped, get a third jump with nothing to throw at this point

It's basically using a wingsuit with controlled winds- so if you could control wind, then yes.
As long as you have a large enough surface to create sufficient enough lift under ideal circumstances (Aang's kite for example) then yes, one who can control wind would be able to fly.

No since your body won't be able to exert such a high forcr which would cause the impulse to lead to a momentum, we have force times time equal to speed times mass since the object you throw is really fatty it wouldnt be able to throw it in a high speed since your body wont be able to exert such a high force in such short time (if you did you would break your bones) so the mass of object doesnt really matter, if you throw a light object at a high speed its the same as throwing something at low speed since our body is limited to a force that we can exert within such a limited time as 0.5 sec (assume it) if you were luke cage (power man from marvel) according to nerdist and my knowledge you could jump with a huge ass rock then throw it in the midair and get a second jump... :)

Hey man, I loved the theory. How do you think would your body handle the change in momentum? Would you be able to withstand it with some training or would it be too dangerous to do without special equipment, to take the some of the "shock" off of you?

Another way why a doublejump not works is, that our jumps are sorry... compared to a videogamejump... a lame joke.
The time between initiation and back to ground is far to low than you need to recontract your legs and initiate another jump, because (the regular person) jumps a real real useless high (outof stand).
I guess the easiest way for Doublejump is to add "one impulse" miniengines in your shoes. That need recharge time. (perhaps by compressing air over time)

Games with this include Goat simulator and Robot 64 for Roblox, I made my OC, Voxel to be able to use power ups called the rocket boots, gravity boots, and cloud boots, rocket boots make you able to fly and double jump, cloud boots give you the ability to triple jump, and the gravity boots replaces your jump with reverse gravity.

What if you use the surface area of something like a cardboard sheet and you apply pressure to the cardboard by jumping on it and the board pushes down on air resulting in you having a second jump. But how big would the sheet have to be to have enough surface area?

You have to consider that the bigger the cardboard is the more effort you have to give to move it.
I came back from your sonic boom episode so I think you might be able to double jump if you punch upwards fast enough to create a sonic boom that would propel you upward. Basically a shoryuken
I'm trying to find a video where goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon once jumped straight up vertically in the air and then AFTER gave himself a lateral push (with arms and legs and lots of core muscles) ending in a horizontal position ... it did something similar to a "double jump" even though it was not twice upwards...
I don't remember how it went exactly but someone explained how genji from overwatch double jumps. They said something like how in order for him to double jump he'd have to be moving so fast that he can kick off the air to double jump.don't quote me on this because I can't remember if this is what he actually said

He has thrusters in the bottom of his feet. The deliver thrust equal to his weight/mass X 2. So if he weighed 145 lbs, it would deliver 290 lbs of upward force. The first 145 lbs of force stop him, the other 145 boost him higher.

If I could fart like Wario then getting off that pond would be easy. Better than throwing a boot because I'll have to walk around the pond to get the boot back and my toes would have frostbite by then, assuming the ice doesn't break.

ok...sadly enough the most interesting thing I'm gonna take from this: Yoshisaur T. Munchikuplus (did I spell that right?).... serves me right for watching while nursing a sinus headache.
Another idea: When I used to train to make a bunny hop I pulled the front wheel up first and when it's in the air I pulled the back wheel up too. None of this is actually a jump because I'm not pushing against the ground but instead pulling front and back wheel up. If simultaniously it looks like one single jump.
What if we apply a part of this technique to make a double jump?
First the normal jump and then pulling lower parts of your body up or even above you so you would turn...
Would that be possible?
One thing makes me doubt: I said I pull my bike up for a bunny hop and wouldn't push against the ground.
But when I pull the back wheel up, I push against the pedal, maybeee... ah this whole imagination feels wrong...
