I was actually born in this hospital, my dad was a train engineer for Norfolk southern.
This elevator video was the very first one I saw and when I first discovered RUclips back in 2010.

I have started a protest against Lewis Gale disgraceful business actions.
1,010,722 have signed against Lewis gale medical center Salem Virginia malpractice cover UPS.
Wow 😲 this was 2 yrs ago it's on hundreds of sites on the deep web status 9,026,532 world wide. When it first started a petition I found out that it wasn't being made public. So it was time to take it to the next step. Much like there sites were they delete all negative statements. With hundreds of people complaints being deleted an kept quiet. Not anymore

I am really glad Dr Robert ( Bob ) Williams at Lewis Gale is retiring. For medical reasons. they say. He is responsible for my nerve damage. I am still in unnecessary pain after over four years since surgery. I went to Carilion and Bedford to get opinions and they cant understand why in the world he did what he did. Oh. and he told me to go to Aliff Aesthetics for extra treatments. He worked there and he was suggesting other doctors. OK, what about the nerve damage and deformity???? He's a creep and I wish I stayed with Carilion in the first place. Maybe he's retiring so he don't get sued. I just wonder how many more suffer nerve damage and his perverse attitude. There are more Lewis Gale stories I could personally share. I expect the worst when me or my family goes there. I think they are terrorists.

jamesrogers2011, all you do is hate on someone's hobby. Nothing is wrong with his video as no patients were in the video (like dieselducy said) and he even cut the video and restarted on 4 to make sure no one is on camera.

Lewis Gale in trouble again.shooting patients up with dirty needles.one person almost died.1,000,589 say Lewis Gale is disgraceful and should be investigated and shut down. making them the most hated hospital in the United States.I have been working with groups to work a case against them.I'm hoping to start a protest the biggest ever done on any hospital.I have 50,000 so far my goal is to get media attention.officials will have no other choice but to look into it.justice to be served.
I will never endorse Lewis Gale. It was a nightmare going there. Paul Richards' office never returned my numerous calls about bad reaction to meds. I have nerve damage and pain daily because Robert Williams (Bob) wanted to cut where was not needed during lumpectomy. What he did had nothing at all to do with the cancer. Then he suggested I get plastic surgery or visit Auliff Lazar Aesthetics. He works there. Unprofessional.

there more worried about billing you then helping you keep you sick so you have to keep coming back even know they are the ones that messed up your health.
SuperFieroGT, you are another person who won't notice my reply, since it's not direct due to the google+ merge but I will still respond to it albeit to no extent. Showing your anger for Lewis Gale cover ups is perfectly fine, but taking it out by attacking someone's hobby and calling him a bunch of names for no reason is where you cross the line.

Lewis Gale doctors have studied books in a class room.which is knowledge.wisdom is taught.intelligence is something you're born with.I guess its not in the Medical books in how is the best way to cover up obvious malpractice. if a person is healthy but gets extremely sick after a flu shot.let's say it allergies. wow I already had allergies but in no way inform are the same symptoms which I find extremely offensive.can't they at least make up something better.a child is more intelligent than that
