Erect, Pack, Seal & Palletize: Robotic Case Packing for Baked Goods by Pearson Packaging Systems

In this application, a Pearson case erector and case sealer form consistently square and securely sealed cases.
Cartons are conveyed into the load position. The robot will pick up two cartons from the infeed conveyor and place the cartons into two cases in a smooth motion.
An intuitive HMI makes operation and troubleshooting simple, while remote access capability is built-in to the system.
