HI while Submitting two, one for primary applicant and one for spouse, the submission page had instructions that both forms should be in name of primary applicant.I.E SCHEDULE A - PRIMARY APPLICANT NAME. Can i submit the spouse form under primary applicant name?

If yes then how as I did not change my job I am working in the same company during my visit. I have already provided this information in my PR application. And there is no separate section for Travel History in IMM5669 form

You need to provide details of where you were living.
Silly question: Does the date need to be printed or hand written? Also which colour ink should the sign be?
There is no specification on the ink colour. You can use either black or blue. It is always better to print all the details (including the date).

In my opinion, it is always better to show all these details if it is through your company in the personal history.
