Those were the biggest hair mistakes I've made. What a journey lol hope that helps! Shoutout to Square barber for helping me out through my hair journey. What hairstyle should I try next? Glad you're making more hair videos because we literally have the same type of hair (dry, puffy, thick and wavy). Always struggled to find others with the same type of hair on RUclips so thank you!! In the process of growing out my hair and its a struggle being the awkward growth phase.
Same I hope one day he brings a video of alternative cuts from typical fade that everyone uses. I have seen many models take advantage of this type of hair but outside of that area, nobody knows how to do a job well done and different with straight hair
I cannot wait to see how much changes for him when that Vegas summer heat hits. It's been a struggle for me as well when that heat hits so I'm genuinely interested to see what his solution will be.
@@FlyWithJohnnyThai I think you underestimate just how hot it gets here man lol the heat will dry your hair out pretty quickly, just giving you that heads up for preparation. I'm still adjusting to it myself!
Being too afraid of change is way too real man. I’ve always had the Korean style bowl cut with a two block since I have the typical straight Asian hair (I’m Filipino). But since moving to Japan I’ve learned how to style my hair using a straight iron and hair products (since that’s what’s popular over here). And needless to say I’ve gotten waaaay more compliments since changing my hairstyle, and now styling my hair has become kind of a hobby for me. 😂 I just wish I learned the importance of using a heat protectant before absolutely frying my hair with my blow dryer and hair iron sooner. Hair is dry af in the winter. 😂
I’m not gonna lie dude , your hair is way too bulky. Good news -you got amazing growth , bad news - you lack style and structure in the hair. Don’t listen to the ass kissers that are too afraid to be honest. At the very least, use a smoothing shampoo and conditioner if you’re not considering getting a cut by someone that really understands hair and structure.
@@FlyWithJohnnyThai here to help mate. I suggest using Kevin Murphy Smooth again shampoo and conditioner. For pre styling Kevin Murphy resort spray as a pre styler before blow drying and Eleven Australia dry shampoo volumising paste. These are light styling products that’ll suit your hair texture.
I’m a white blonde dude with very fine hair with decent density but my hair has no texture and is super flat if I shampoo and condition. Unfortunately I am in highschool and my parents are not thrilled with me spending money on random products to fix my hair so I’m a little limited but I am working to figure it out.
I've no longer hair now and you can be sure that i'll never do any transplantation, every people I know knows i've lost them, it's too late and i've learnt to live with that. Just shave them and go to a beard.
my name johnny and im a blasian and i'm stuck with what my hairstyle should be cause i'm a mess like i got curls and when my hair dry up it looks like free form dreads lmao
I’m just learning to actually style my hair & I can confidently say I’m gonna take your advice cause you basically answered all the questions I had & luckily I got a dope barber! 💈

Is there a discount code for the 進 ascend necklace? Thank you!
Ironically enough it took me growing out my hair to realize how I needed to take care of it and style it.
