In this challenge I'll give you a weapon that defeats its foes with one strike. However, you will be defeated with one strike too - BUT - unlike with the One-Hit Obliterator, you can switch to other weapons. If you do so, your health will be recovered completely. Though, a counter starts decreasing as soon as you don't have the weapon equipped anymore. Once the counter reached 0, you will die. Also, there will be no fairies. Reach the Skyview Spring and talk to me. Then you have beaten the challenge. If you beat the challenge, you are free to contact me on Discord to claim Early Access for the next chosen mod from me. Don't forget to record your run as a proof.

I really like the fact that you can switch to other weapons, but they’re set on a timer so you can’t use them for forever. Very cool

This is literally the first temple from skyward sword which I absolutely adore, ghirahim being the boss just makes sense and I love it so much
I wasn't expecting a fully animated ghiraham nor was I expecting him to use shadow clone jutsu.
This really shows how strange regular dungeons feel in the BotW format

@dreadlord1265 idk about this, I think both botw and totk is not as good temple wise as the ones that came before these games, I love them both though in there regular forms, the problem I have with mods is they are super difficult to install and you can't install them all, I wish there was an easier way to install mods but since there isn't I just enjoy the original games and try to 100% them that way

You actually dont need a computer to play this, you need it for the download and if you hack your Wii U, and put the mod in an SD card you could play it there

Honestly, this was so well made. I haven't seen many botw mods so I wasn't expecting too much. I was already suprised with the new textures for the whole of the temple along with the sword mechanics. I wasn't really expecting much for the boss battle and first thought it was alright end because just a ganon blight, but DAMN you included girahim too? Amazing work and looking forward to the next!

The reason why the One Hit Annihilator is so much more dangerous is because ya gotta wait a bit after 3 swings whereas this you can easily just swing it around

I think the linkle mod uses his outfit as a replacement for the phantom ganon gear.

Damn. The flow of this dungeon is phenomenal. The automatic doors are a serious game-changer, and I would love to see Nintendo implement something like it in the future. I’m also curious how it would make certain classic Zelda dungeons feel. 🤔

while he might not've had all of ghirahim's moves, and it was also a ohko slugfest, i really liked how much work someone put into porting a whole freakin dungeon into the game from something completely different

This is the kind of reason why I am very excited to see the sequel game. We very rarely got to see these kinds of dungeons that we see in this mod. There’s so much potential, though I can see some mechanics that made the designers of BOTW cautious, like running out of weapons midway through a dungeon and not having the right ones for certain puzzles.

@@chefbenji1880 it is original to him. I found him for the first time about a month ago, and this was the name of his video and what he designed. Apparently this guy is well-known, even in Japan. So it wouldn't surprise me if they borrowed from him. Many shows etc have been known to help themselves to what is basically fanfic content. Especially since social media has made it so pretty much anyone at anytime can have a direct line to the writers of whatever show etc they want to reach.

Funny enough, there's a weapon in a game called Dead Cells that does something quite similar
Its name is Cursed Sword, but instead of killing everything in one hit, it does massive damage, and always lands crits
Although the good dps, it's not an one hit kill on bosses at all

I beat botw back in April without doing the master trials or the one hit trident because it was too hard, then I beat totk which is easier than botw if you ask me but now I'm back on botw and I still cannot complete master trials or the one hit 🤦🏻♂😅 working on it so yeah seeing this I feel like I suck haha@@Waikuteru

Can you guys imagine what Nintendo has in store for us after letting us modify a game that we all love? Making game flow and design changes, and really just showing them what we like where The Legend of Zelda is concerned?
BotW's sequel is going to be on a COMPLETELY different level. And it's going to be because fans and Nintendo worked together in a pretty unconventional way.

This challenge just seems like an easier OHO challenge. The timer is meaningless when you can change back to the sword for a second, change back out, and you're fine. If you had to heal up back to health every time, you'd have a far more unique challenge because you have to choose between being a glass cannon, or being incredibly quick with risk of instant death.

Yes, complete the temple and this new story / challenge will unlock. Make sure to play the new 4.0 version.

Three questions:
How long do we have time to complete the challenge?
Is normal mode okay or do we have to do it in master mode (I currently have no master mode file because I started a new one)?
Which mods (for example Second Wind, Hyrule Rebalance etc) are allowed and which are not allowed?
1.) You have time until the next mod releases. 2.) Normal mode is fine. 3.) It was designed to play with no additional mods.

@@BrilliantYami It's hard to tell since I don't know which mod edits exactly which files. What you can try is installing it via BCML and give The Lost Records DLC the highest priority. If there are still bugs, I recommend to play it standalone.
The real challenge is to do a custom challenge. 😂
