@CertifiedGing Question… do you have “Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling” (HAGS) enabled in Windows? If so, this is why Reflex would give you an issue. They compete. If you do, try Reflex again with HAGS disabled. Some systems perform better in CS2 with that. 😎
Nope, I have this disabled apparently. I don't know why but the Nvidia reflex just doesn't seem to work for me and most pros I have seen also play with it off, so guess I'll stick with non reflex haha Thanks for the tip though! This will definitely help people that struggle with the reflex thing and want to have it enabled. I'll pin your comment ❤️
Nice vid bro! Thank you so much that helped me a lot!🎉 But I have a question, can you maybe answer me why on fullscreen mode cs always cut 1hz from your original hz? I have a 240hz monitor and I have only 239hz too but if I go to windowed mode it’s 240hz with same settings. But it’s really mad to switch everytime u start to play to change your settings for these „1hz“ I really don’t understand why. Thank you so much ☺️
@ thank you so much! Now is cs running normally ! 🙏🏻 I had white scratches 1-3 times per Round cs and I thought it comes from the 1hz difference bcs my monitor is running on 240 and I saw on the internet some post, that that is the reason where the scratches came from and then I tried to turn all G and V sync off on cs like you and now no more scratches!!
Hello, the guide is amazing but I have a question nearly on none of the guide videos have touched it. I have problem on windows sounds setup, I can not decide which is correct or better. Can you give a short info about that. I mean whether I should disable nvidia sound and realtek devices or should I disable the drivers from device manager? I would really appretiate cuz changing after every game is annoying and impossible to decide which scenario is better.
Alright firstly I apologize for the bit of a late response! Through out the years I have been using a few different headset. The reason I'm mentioning this is because I honestly feel like it all kinda depends on what you are using. So I'll tell you what I use but I also want to be honest and say you should probably look around a bit and try to figure out what works best for your setup. Right now I'm using a Logitech G Pro X; running at 35 volume on windows. Using the software "G hub" which is designed for Logitech devices. I have been using an Advanced EQ called balanced. Link to a picture can be found here: ibb.co/5vphM61 (I'll also try to publish this EQ, so you can just click a link and get it) Next up, windows sound. A lot of people might call me dumb and stupid for the next thing I'm going to say but I run my headset on 16 bit 32000 Hz (FM Radio Quality). Now you might wonder why I do this? I had a lot of struggles with the Logitech G Pro X a while ago and doing some research people suggested trying this out. This honestly resulted in me getting the clearest and best sound. Do I recommend this for every headset, NO! Do I recommend you trying it, HELL YEAH! *Go to: Sound settings > More sound settings > Click your headset/speaker > Go to advanced > Change to format to 16 bit 32000 Hz (FM Radio Quality)* Outside of that sounds wise, I haven't touched anything. Nor have I disabled anything, just make sure MONO audio is disabled in the sounds settings (this should be default though). I tried putting two in game sounds profiles in this video so people can try out multiple but I have been sticking with the same one for a really long time. Hopefully this is a bit of an answer to your question, Feel free to let me know if you need anymore help!
Hello @CertifiedGing can you please share your damage prediction settings and the windows sound configuration as mentioned on main comment, I am really confused and would love to see what settings you have.
Haha well eventually it all comes down to personal preferences, that's why I try to not push my resolution too much in my videos. I just suggest trying them and experimenting. I'm glad you enjoy your 1440p, being comfortable staying the top priority! ❤️
Prior to my answer, sorry it's a bit long 😅 Don't know if you have watched my video about the glorious model O, it's a pretty long video but it sums up my performance with it pretty good. This video was made during the week I got the mouse, my performance right now after playing with it for a while is even better: ruclips.net/video/LN9BRkyPbCs/видео.htmlsi=GPhdsqigUGNS-L6M Before I went back to the glorious I had always been a big fan of the glorious model O, the skates and sensor are very good and I really like the shape the mouse has. The software is a bit minimalistic but that is what I love about it. Not too much cluttered stuff and pretty straightforward. I don't know a lot about the mouse you have, but I'd pick a glorious O over a Logitech superlight any day. If you have never tried a glorious mouse and are looking for one, I would definitely recommend you try the model O. I haven't tried the Model O 2 so I wouldn't really know about that one. The model O is also not that expensive so you'll definitely get your money's worth even if you don't like it. Which is something I prefer over a lot of other mice. A Logitech superlight is instantly +120 Euro's, and like I said in my mouse video. The scroll wheel broke 3 times = 360+ Euro's. However to also look on the other side, this is all my personal experience and preferences. A lot about choosing a mouse comes down to this and of course your hand shape, which is why I would recommend also filling in this form and seeing what mouse suggestions come up: www.rocketjumpninja.com/mouse-search Hopefully I was able to help you out, if you have any further questions feel free to ask! ❤️
Sorry for the late response! I've done a bit of looking around for you because I'm not too familiar with all this. I have seen quite some people that say the upgrade is worth it and they got a pretty decent increase. Also read some comments that people that did it feel like their FPS is a lot more stable. On the other hand if you are doing this only for CS2, I don't feel like it will be worth it because CS2 is just unstable and poorly optimized as it is. So if your doing this for gaming in general, I'd be a decent investment. If your doing it for CS2 only, I'd say no. Just make sure to do enough research, ofcourse what I'm saying is just personal opinion based on what I have read! Hopefully this helps ❤️
Firstly, I want to apologize for the late answer. I have been really busy! ------------- Gaming: Overclock: OFF Overdrive: 80 Adaptive-Sync: ON ELMB SYNC: OFF GameVisual: Racing Mode Shadow Boost: OFF ----------------------- Imagine: Brightness: 100 Contrast: 80 VividPixel: 0 Blue Light Filter Level 0 -------------------------- Color: Color Temp: R98, G99, B96 These are the settings I have been using for years since I got the monitor, so I really don't have an explanation why I picked these. They look best to me and I never change them so feel free to try them out! Maybe also important to mention is that, I use 100 digital vibrance in Nvidia "like shown in the video" and I have gsync disabled. Hopefully I was able to help you, let me know if you need anything else!
They supposedly fixed it according to their update 2 days however, something is still feeling off about CS2. I also lost close to 25 fps from the new pass update smh.
You can actually play with more fps then the hertz of the monitor, you don't need to cap it at the hertz of your monitor. If your fps is consistently good above your hertz, you should leave it uncapped. But if it's dipping under your hertz, you should cap it! You can run at consistent 500 fps, and display 240 hertz. But you can't display 240 hertz running 60 fps. For reference here is another tweet of someone talking about this misconception, that you are talking about; x.com/TrippyN2L/status/1591576397130403840?lang=en So yes what your saying is true, but you should only do it if your fps isn't consistently above 240, which for me it is. But it's a great tip for the people that are struggling with this so thanks! ❤️
