I linked OEX wallet address and it was successful. I saw my balance everything ticked green but on the 11th May I opened my OEX app and the balance is now on zero. So what could be the problem.
It's should probably be a glitch. Try seeing if there is an update on play store if you downloaded from Play store and also make sure your internet connection is strong.

I think the only way to reach them at the moment is through their official Twitter and discord handles fixed in the Satoshi app (Not guaranteed).
