CORMAK 410x1000 industrial metal lathe (CD6241/1000) has a solid cast iron bed structure, is equipped with a 16-speed gearbox with an induction motor (dual-range) 2,8/3,3 kW - the highest torque. It is recommended for hard steel turning, mechanical turning. It can be used for a wide range of tasks, such as turning inner and outer surfaces, cones, polishing, metric and inch threading, drilling and broaching.

- Digital readout operates in (3) three axes of motion: longitudinal, transverse, top sled. The processed electronic signal from the optical lines visualizes the obtained values from the movements along the axes on a digital screen.
- The lathe is equipped with a high-quality, reinforced spindle bearing system.
- Optimum working results are ensured by the large spindle passage of 52 mm.
- Hardened and ground gears in the spindle gearing.
Suitable bed width of 250 mm ensures stable and precise working conditions.
- Equipped with a pull screw and a pull shaft for thread turning, longitudinal and transverse automatic feed.
- Easy adjustment of spindle speed and automatic feed from an ergonomic control panel on the gearbox.
- Ability to machine a large range of threads without having to change shift wheels on the guitar. Wide range of turned threads: metric (42) 0.2 - 14 mm/rev, inch (42) 2 - 72 T.P.I., modular (18) 0.3 - 3.5 mm, D.P. thread (21) 8 - 44 D.P. Turning of right and left hand threads.
- Thread turning timer designed for accurate counting of coils. The function is supposed to save time so that in a few passes you can unscrew the nut of the drawbolt to manually, quickly return the slide to its original position.
- The bed has an interchangeable bridge for turning workpieces of larger size, such as: a disc. This lathe model allows machining with a maximum diameter of 580 mm with the bridge removed.
