You can buy directly from Volks Japan or Volks USA. I think they are currently sold out though

Yes they are already being shipped. When you pre-ordered and where you pre-ordered determines when your will be shipped out

Should I expect an email with shipping info or just hope it shows up at my house randomly one day?
The whole way this was handled was just wildly different from when I buy almost anything else, lol.

Yea I picked that scene because she is so cute in that one lol. As for delivery, I’m pretty sure anyone that pre-ordered from Volks directly are getting theirs first. It also depends when you preordered. Volks sends out their dolls by date. The earliest you preordered the earliest you get it. I was preordering mine during the live announcement so I was one of the first to receive
