The best part about the court is the clerk. Cause they will help you fill out the forms you are not familiar with. They can't deny that to anyone. It's a public service, and that's why they are clerks of the court. They deal with all court document filings.
I need to sue the clerk, she signed a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear even though I did in fact attend the hearing I simply refuse to agree to the judgement and would not sign it. Then a failure to appear warrant was created and I was arrested and held in jail for five days.

well the issue is I am owed a sum of money and the party who owed the money has refunded to economy me about it so I need to move forward on this matter but I am in the state of Indiana and the other person is in California so what should I do

I've had a electronic internet company out of Puerto Rico constantly call me and get pissed when I won't confirm who I am and will not tell me what the call is about. This morning was the fourth time in 3 weeks that they've tried this with a different person. I wonder if they don't know where I live and they're trying to figure it out 🤔
