The best part about the court is the clerk. Cause they will help you fill out the forms you are not familiar with. They can't deny that to anyone. It's a public service, and that's why they are clerks of the court. They deal with all court document filings.

It’s funny how the phrase”seek legal advice “ is continuously thrown round when everyone cannot afford a attorney and when you try to do it yourself, the phrase”’I’m not allowed to give legal advice “ and “ reach out to legal aid,” who has a 4 -5 month wait and they don’t assist with any case where money is seeking to be rewarded
Update.. just got a settlement check 3 days before trial. It was so challenging but i kept nearly a 100 pieces of evidence I submitted during discovery and i assume they knew I would win .
