I'm DYING at the footage comment Alex made hahaha If there is one thing I love about Victoria is that she will always speak up for herself and be sure that she's credited properly. It's a great reminder for me, as an entrepreneur and founder of a tech company, to keep in mind. I'm always giving kudos to my team but it's rare that I do it for myself. Thank you for keeping that moment in this vlog.

So relate to your fitness chat. I started Pilates 4 years ago, I turn 40 this year and feel not only lean and toned but super strong and fit. Fitter than I was at 25 even. Physical fitness is a lifelong commitment and whilst it helps with physical aesthetics, it's also amazing for mental health and longevity. Planning on being a strong 70, 80, 90 year old one day. Fab vlog, amazing content

Please don't get too obsessed with getting rid of cellulite. Both women n men have it. I used to be so obsessed with that due to folks commenting on it. As a child n teen I was scrawny n everybody commented on it,I gained weight everyone commented on so I've always hated my body but I hated being scrawny even more. Now I'm only focused on being active and healthy. I do strength training to gain muscle. You're a gorgeous woman. Do it for yourself.

I do Pilates twice per week and love how I feel after. I love that you work every muscle & feel taller after 😆. You’re lucky you have a reformer in your home they are pretty expensive here at least $4k and up. I love your photo shoot with NR & HB with the hologram. That was amazing! Great job editing Alex!! I own a professional Pilates Reformer and love it. I’ve owned one for many years and upgraded it over the pandemic. Completely worth every penny. Get all of the accessories offered that go with it too.

Totally get where you're coming from with your fitness journey and how that (in my opinion *very* insensitive and stupid) comment from an ex-boyfriend gave you this inner motivation, but I feel like you should finally say a big F YOU to that guy and just do it for yourself!!
Think about it for a sec -- Would you want a close friend or family member taking some guy's comment on their body to heart? Especially if it was related to their body confidence? I wouldn't think so because, in the end, it really doesn't matter. All that matters is the relationship you have with your body, body confidence, and feeling good about yourself!

I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to put detergent straight into the washing machine drum directly with the clothing...I don't know much about Miele, maybe they do it differently but I know Ecover laundry detergent has instructions to not do that. It has to go into the drawer.

As a woman putting on more muscle going into your 40’s will serve you so well. Most women just want to tone but medically, putting on muscle will serve you so much more into your 40’s and 50’s

the boss and perfume you/filming were incredible. its sad how a come can affect us i remember when i had an eating disorder when i was 17 and a nurse and a boyfriend both said i had a disgusting body that no one would ever want to see it has taken me into my mid 30's for those comments not to hurt and think they are true so any missed opportunities hiding my body. you look beautiful no matter how toned you are becuase your a wonderful and beautiful person

Please stop calling it a "Reformers bed". It's a Reformer, and no one should use it without a Pilates teacher instructing them! It makes zero sense buying one to "have at home" (unless you have an instructor come to the house and how many of your viewers have the means to pay for that?)
I think a lot of people would disagree with you. It’s pretty much a horizontal cable machine, anyone can use it when and how they like sweet x
@@VictoriaMagrath Well, if it's a cable machine and not Reformer with metal springs, then it's not a Reformer. One can not learn Pilates at home by themselves, the proper way. I've been teaching Pilates for 18 years and know this for a fact. Even eager studio clients who know the method very well, purchasing a machine for a ton of money, have a very hard time to keep it up. (and your teacher will most definitely agree) Just hoping to keep expectations realistic and save the girls who are watching this some money. x

I went for a private reformer lesson two years ago and was hooked!! I get what you mean. It’s the first time in my life I have enjoyed exercise and feel so good in my body. Pilates has literally been life changing for me. Do try the other equipment too. Tower is my fave! So much fun.
