- Leaving the dogs and going on a surprise trip! So @RFSdan and I decided we needed a REAL vacation from work. . which we still worked as we still vlogged! So I flew out to California for 3 days to go to Universal Studios, and in the next vlog you will see Disneyland! Crystal joined us for universal! What a fun trip! Jamie stayed home with the dogs!

Cary Grant Ingrid Bergman, guessed the wrong movie tho. Love Cary Grant, favorite movie is Charade, I lived near Universal studios Hollywood and had a pass for several years. This was in the 90s and they have had a back lot fire since. You tell Dad Memphis! Great to see Dan and Crystal! Michelle from Omaha.

Recently got back from a trip to California, whenever you go back to California and if you have time, I'd recommend taking the Amtrak train, whether you go through Colorado or through Arizona and New Mexico, the views are AMAZING.

Oh my gosh you were in California?!? That's so awesome, I literally live about 10 mins from Universal. It's one of my favorite theme parks to go to! The Mummy is my absolute favorite ride!!!!

I've never heard Memphis so vocal. Love her fist. The first off ramp you took used to be the original many years ago. The area where Mario is used to be the sound stage for Phantom of the Opera in the early years. They stopped filming for decades because it was haunted. Hope you had a great time.😊

Guys, having grown up in Northern New Jersey, I can attest to this. Now I don't know if there's a difference in taste or formulation between the Florida Uni., Butter-Beer, and the California Uni., Butter-Beer, but I've tasted the version in Orlando, and there's a flavor of soda that's predominantly only really found in the Northeastern, U.S., called Birch Beer, the community marching band I was a part of as a kid in N.JN, used to March in A Lot of Fireman's Parades each summer, and usually at the end of them, the fire department who was hosting the parade would have free beer & hot dogs for the other firefighters, ( over 21 of course), and would have Birch Beer & hot dogs for us kids Under age 21 who marched in any of the musical units that accompanied the fire departments, so I've consumed quite a bit of my fair share of Birch Beer over time, so I know pretty well what it tastes like, and I'm thinking that the base flavor that they used to create the Butter-Beer may in fact be Birch Beer, and my taste assimilation for Birch Beer to people who've never experienced it is, "A Combination of Root Beer and Cream Soda," and thar was also kind of my take on Uni.,'s Butter-Beer, as well. Now, the day I went & tried it, they had 2 versions of it, the kind like you guys tried with the creamy stuff on top, And like a frozen slushy type version of it as well, but I get the feeling that either they didn't Have both there that day or you only tried one of the 2 options if both were available, and honestly I kinda liked the frozen slushy version better, but probably because it was a pretty hot day when I went & the frozen one felt better going down.

I might have to get myself to Universal in California sometime over the next year or so. They don't have The Jaws Ride, (which was Always a favorite of m8ne over there), at Universal Florida anymore, they took it out and put something else there in it's place instead, in fact, I think it might have become part of one of the Harry Potter sections there at either Studios, or Islands of Adventure, and yes there's Harry Potter sections in Both parks there, and actually, come to find out that next year when Orlando opens up it's 3rd park Epic Universe, there's going to be a Harry Potter section there, too as well as a Nintendo World section.

The actor, I believe is either Cary Grant, Clark Gable, or Humphrey Bogart, to me it's Not a Great picture of the actor because you don't actually get to see their Whole Face, and as to the Actress, I'm not entirely sure, I almost want to say Vivien Liegh from Gone With The Wind, which if that's the case would likely make the Actor Clark Gable, because they both worked in that one with each other, but I'm not As sure who the Actress is. My Mom used to watch A Lot of all those Really old movies from back in the 1930 and 40s, so that's how I even know to make a guess at who they might be.

He's not a huge fan of spending all day at an amusement park, so he told me to go have fun and he stayed with the dogs. Don't worry, winter is coming, and the snowmachine will be needing to be ridden! Those are his favorite vacations!
