What a gorgeous spread. Most delightful is the atmosphere you create each time you dine out with your friends,. the wonderful rapport you share with them , good natured teasing thrown in with Maria coming up with her own coinage. "branded cats" which made Roma give in to helpless giggling. Poor thing, Maria looked a little sheepish when she was gently corrected and advised to refer to exotic canine and feline species as pedigree. It's the way all of you sample food from each others plate, so naturally, and between bites, exchange your culinary preferences .....this sort of thing, being totally at ease with each other, not bothering a whit about table manners or stuffy etiquette ....is what brings out the true enjoyment of leisurely, zestful eating . Lesley , you have a charming way of making your guests feel absolutely at ease when they lunch with you. That is a special gift, more important than the fare on offer.
Visited this place as part of our " Lesley in Goa" trail and were extremely delighted by the experience. Had the specials of the day which were batter fried prawn, crispy squid, honey chicken and the kingfish thali. Absolutely lovely food, fresh fish and warm service. Excellent recommendation by Lesley and group ❤
We lived in this neighborhood earlier. The owner is an old friend. The place z peaceful n cosy. This is our most visited place when in Goa since it's close to my mums place. N I feel the rates are also reasonable.
Okay, who knows .. we might bump into you . We will be in Goa for two weeks during Easter. And, we love food… well, I’m Goan after all. I do cook a lot of Goan food here.. but sometimes it’s good to try somebody else’s cooking. I love all food… but can’t live without Goan food. I will be based in the south, want to try as many restaurants as possible time permitted.

Costs we paid: beef cafreal (Rs 270), chicken rechead fry (Rs 240), pork amsol (Rs 270), sausage pulao (Rs 280), creme brulee (Rs 140), Goan caramel custard (Rs 90)
