Like I said in the video you have option to cook in banana leaves or cook on the grill or oven and I’m sure your home has more than half of your cooking pot in aluminium and nonstick pans you wouldn’t say this if you know how much harm it would make and if you are not happy with the recipes the way I make don’t watch it
